Abstract: A modular panel arrangement for erecting a prefabricated room, the panel includes inner and outer planar skins, an insulated core, and an interior chamber isolated from said insulated core, wherein said interior chamber has an inlet opening and an outlet opening so that air can flow into said panel through said inlet opening, through said interior chamber and out of said panel through said outlet opening.
