Abstract: A display device incudes a first pixel electrode, a second pixel electrode, an insulating layer covering the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode, the insulating layer including a first opening part and a second opening part, a first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting layer, a counter electrode arranged above the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer, wherein a light emission start voltage of the second light-emitting layer is lower than a light emission start voltage of the first light-emitting layer, the second light-emitting layer includes a first area arranged at a first end portion adjacent to the first light-emitting layer, the first area having a first dopant concentration, and a second area arranged at a second end portion of the second light-emitting layer opposing the first end portion, the second area having a second dopant concentration higher than the first dopant concentration.
