Abstract: Display device includes a flexible substrate, a plurality of pixels disposed on a first surface of flexible substrate, and a plurality of alignment marks disposed along one side of the flexible substrate and identified each other. The plurality of alignment marks may be arranged in the same layer. When the plurality of pixels includes thin film transistor, the plurality of alignment marks may be formed of the same metal layer as the metal layer forming thin film transistor.

Abstract: Disclosed is a display device having a substrate, a pixel located over the substrate and including a display element, a touch sensor over the pixel through a first adhesive film, a polarizing plate over the touch sensor, and a sealing material covering a side surface of the polarizing plate and at least one of a part of a top surface and a part of an undersurface of the polarizing plate. The sealing material may further cover a side surface of the touch sensor. The sealing material may have a moisture permeability of equal to or larger than 30 g/m2·24 h and equal to or smaller than 80 g/m2·24 h at a temperature of 40° C. and at a humidity of 90%.

Abstract: A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base material containing resin and including a display region and a bent region, the display region including a plurality of pixels; and a resin layer disposed on one side of the base material. An exposed section where a surface of the resin layer on a side opposite to a side on which the base material is disposed is exposed is formed in at least the bent region, and the resin layer includes, in the exposed section, a first resin layer and a second resin layer whose hydrophilicity is lower than that of the first resin layer, in this order from the base material side.
