Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a first substrate and a second substrate arranged so as to face each other; a display region included in each of the first substrate and the second substrate; a transparent region formed inside the display region in a planar view; a frame region formed between the display region and the transparent region so as to surround the transparent region along an outer edge of the transparent region in a planar view; a polarizer formed in either the first substrate or the second substrate and having an opening overlapping the transparent region; a first transparent conductive film formed in a first conductive layer between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a second transparent conductive film formed in a second conductive layer between the first conductive layer and the second substrate. The second transparent conductive film is in the frame region in a planar view.
