摘要： Methods and apparatus for reconciling bank transactions with stored deposit entries in a practice management system. A plurality of bank transactions received from a bank are processed to select bank deposits from the plurality of bank transactions. A plurality of matching rules are used to automatically match at least some of the selected bank deposits with the stored deposits in the practice management system. A user interface enables a user to review the results of the automatic matching process and to manually match bank deposits to stored deposit entries. The user interface also enables users to reconcile stored deposit entries in the practice management system to bank statements to facilitate the preparation of month-end financial statements.

摘要： Methods and apparatus for facilitating the collection of information during a patient visit to a healthcare provider. Each of plurality of tasks to be performed during a patient visit are associated with a stages of the patient visit. One or more users are guided through the stages of the patient visit to complete the associated tasks associated with each stage. A user interface associated with an electronic health records system displays pages for each stage that enable the users to enter information during the patient visit. The amount of time that users spend entering information in the electronic health records system during each stage is tracked and is used to generate one or more reports that enable a medical practice to improve the patient visit workflow.

An order facilitation service hosted by the practice management system enables a healthcare provider the ability to interactively search for and select a provider based on a search request. The practice management system may store detailed information about one or more of the healthcare providers associated with the practice management system to facilitate a provider selection process. Providers may also specify preferences for referrals and the preferences may be used during a consult order generation process to ensure that the consult order includes information that a particular receiving provider may require.
