摘要： A quick connect coupling for removably connecting two pipes which comprises a male element adapted to fit into a female element along a principal axis of the coupling. The Female element includes at least one ramp for receiving a radial projection of the male element to lock these elements together. The ramp is formed in a ring freely rotatably mounted in the female element, and fixed in translation along the principal axis, while the projection is fixed with respect to the male element. The ramp forms a seat for locking the radial projection. Locking is obtained by essentially axial movements of the male and female elements with respect to one another.

摘要： Safety circuit breaker for a pressurized fluid handling installation wherein the circuit breaker includes a male element and a female element which are adapted to be connected axially with respect to one another such that, when assembled, the male element is connected to a sleeve mounted within the female element. Movement of the male element to a position of unlocking relative to the female element causes the internal sleeve to move from a first position to a second position wherein at least one orifice within the female element is blocked to prevent fluid flow therethrough. The at least one orifice is directed radially relative to the axis of the male and female element such that pressure against the sleeve is radial and not axial. A locking of the male element relative to the female element is created by balls which are carried by a slide which is elastically urged so as to force the balls into a groove in the male element.

摘要： Linearly actuated quick connect pipe couplings which include a male element and a female element adapted to fit into each other along a principal axis. One of the elements includes at least one ramp for receiving a radial projection mounted to the other element which locks the elements together by axial movement of the elements relative to one another. One of the ramp or the projection is formed with a ring mounted to rotate but is fixed in translation along the principal axis of one of the male or female elements. The ramp forms a first seat for locking the projection when the coupling is in a configuration to permit fluid passage and a second seat, offset axially with respect to the first seat, for locking the projection when the coupling is in a configuration to permit decompression of fluid within the coupling.

摘要： A quick safety connection for the removable joining of pipes, comprising a male connector and a female element adapted to fit and to be locked inside one another. A controlled locking mechanism is adapted to immobilized the male connector axially in a position of connection, while at least one retention member is provided to immobilize the male connector, after release of the connector by said locking mechanism, in an intermediate position of discharge of the pipe connection. The locking mechanism and retention member are controlled by a sleeve sliding around the female element. Vents and safety stops are provided to limit the movement of the sleeve under the effect of the pressure prevailing due to the discharge of the connection in the intermediate position between the female element and the sleeve.

Upon the failure of the O-ring, the valve is not displaced so that the risks of leakages are eliminated.

It is equipped with means for locking the male element in fitted configuration which comprise at least one elongated member, mobile in translation parallel to an axis which is oblique with respect to the axis of fit of the male and female elements and provided with a cylindrical part of which one end is intended to be engaged in a peripheral groove of a male element. This end is partially defined by a surface for abutment against a side of the groove. The female element further includes a control member mounted to slide in an open bore in the body for causing the latch to move at least towards the second position. This female element includes a gasket for closing a gap defined between an outer face of the member and an inside face of the bore especially at high purging pressures.

摘要： The invention concerns a coupling comprising a male element (3) and a female element (5) adapted to be axially fitted and interlocked one inside the other. A locking mechanism (37, 55) axially immobilizes the male element in a coupling position and a temporarily retaining mechanism (37, 55, 59) immobilizes the male element, after its release by the locking mechanism, in a position for flushing the pipe (C1) connected to the male element. The locking mechanism is controlled by a maneuvering sleeve (53) sliding around a body of the female element. When it retains the male element in flushing position, the temporarily retaining mechanism is subjected to a first load (E1) derived from the pressure (P) of the fluid flowing (F) from the male element outwards and to a second load (E2), opposite to the first, exerted by elastic return means (57) which, when the pressure (P) reaches a safety threshold, moves the mechanism into a configuration releasing the male element.
