摘要: A method for inspecting substrate internal defects is disclosed. The method provides at least one light source disposed on a lateral side of a substrate and configured to emit a light beam to the lateral side for correspondingly penetrating the substrate. The method also provides an image capturing module for retrieving an image of the upper surface, wherein an incident angle of the light beam to the respective lateral side is limited within a first predetermined angle to allow the light beam to have a total reflection in the substrate. Thus, the light beam is blocked by internal defects when transmitting within the substrate to generate bright spots to be detected by the image capturing module for locating the defect position. The method provides a better image definition of internal defects images. The present invention further provides an apparatus based on the method for inspecting substrate internal defects.

摘要: The present invention relates to a location-adjusting inspecting apparatus and method for a solar battery panel inspecting system. The inspecting apparatus includes an image-fetching device and a set of rotatable probe devices. A transport platen of the inspecting system transports a solar battery panel to an inspecting region. The image-fetching device fetches an image of electrode lines on the battery panel, and calculates an offset data by comparing the fetched image with a correct data representing the position and angle of electrode lines. Finally, the probe devices are controlled to generate a corrective rotation based on the calculated offset data. In this way, when pressing the solar battery panel, the probes of the probe devices can be aligned with and contact the electrode lines of the solar battery panel correctly, thereby increasing the accuracy in the inspection of the solar battery panel.

摘要: Apparatus, method, and computer readable medium for generating and utilizing a feature code to monitor a program are provided. The program is run in a secure environment at the beginning. The program calls a function through an application program interface. A return address of the application program interface is used to generate the feature code. When the application runs again at another time, the feature code is utilized to monitor the program. According to the aforementioned arrangement and steps, the application program interface can be monitored dynamically. Consequently, any program can be monitored by this approach, which results in a more secure environment. Further, fewer application program interfaces are required to be monitored, so the required computer resource is less.

摘要: A mobile communication method for a mobile originating (MO) side communicating with a mobile terminating (MT) side is disclosed. A first media gateway (MGW) is included in the communication network serving the MO side, and a second MGW is included in the communication network serving the MT side. The mobile communication method includes: after a SETUP message is received from the mobile originating side, determining if the mobile originating side is in Circuit Switching (CS) Domain. If the MO side is under CS domain, determining if the MT side is under CS domain. When the MO side and the MT side are both under CS domain, voice communication signals between the MO side and the MT side are transmitted with CS bearer between the first MGW and the second MGW.

摘要: A network apparatus having a database, a management method and a tangible machine-readable medium for managing internet protocol (IP) connection rules of the database are provided. The database stores at least one first IP connection rule. The management method comprises the following steps: writing a second IP connection rule through one of a plurality of management programs; determining there is a conflict between the at least one first IP connection rule and the second IP connection rule, and eliminating the conflict according to a weight value of the at least one first IP connection rule and a weight value of the second IP connection rule. The at least one first IP connection rule and the second IP connection rule are used in one network connection.
