    摘要： The present invention provides a panel for use in an article carrier which has opposed sides which are generally connected by a material which include some form of a closure device. The panel is semirigid with interior and exterior faces. The interior face defines a chamber which opens to the interior of the article carrier and the exterior face defines a three dimensional structure. A method for forming the semirigid panel is also disclosed. The disclosed method provides a means for applying color to the three dimensional structure.

    摘要： A cutting board and countertop are correspondingly constructed to enable the cutting board to be supported upon the countertop in multiple, varying height positions. The countertop preferably includes a main, substantially planar work surface provided with a frontal, upstanding lip, as well as at least one ledge provided at a position spaced across the work surface from the lip. The cutting board is generally constituted by substantially planar member having support elements provided on opposing, terminal side portions. In a first height position, the cutting board is arranged against both the lip and the ledge. In the second height position, the cutting board is inverted and positioned against the frontal lip and upon the ledge. In either position, the cutting board can readily slide along the countertop.

    摘要： A drinking cup having bottom and sidewalls which define a liquid holding cavity. The sidewalls include a plurality of vertical ribs which are formed therein with an open base disposed toward the liquid holding cavity. The ribs are present in sufficient numbers to assure that the surfaces of the ribs are the primary contact point between the user's hand and the cup. The sidewall construction provides both improved insulation and strength characteristics. The cup finds particular use with geriatric users.

    摘要： A face shield assembly including a frame and a removable protective element supported by the frame is disclosed herein. The protective element is removably supported in an opening of the frame by a channel, without the use of fasteners. Because the face shield lacks fasteners, it is easy to remove and replace, even with the use of gloves. In one embodiment, the frame is molded as a single, unitary member and includes an upper detent, a lower detent and a channel formed between a lip and the frame that receives an edge of the protective element in order to hold the protective element within the frame. In another embodiment, the frame is pivotally supported on a support structure such that the frame can be moved between an upper (out of use) and a lower (in use) position, and may further include an adjustable mounting member so that the frame can be selectively spaced relative to the user's head.
