摘要： An interior wall and interior ceiling apparatus and method for heating interior wall surfaces and interior ceiling surfaces for purposes of holding interior wall surfaces and interior ceiling surfaces above the drew point for the interior atmospheric conditions of food storage building. The interior wall and interior ceiling comprised of heat tape secured between at least two layers of insulating material including isocyanurate. The heat tape heats the interior wall and interior ceiling surfaces sufficiently to minimize condensation.
