摘要: A method, a system and an authentication server for realizing a secure assignment of a DHCP address are disclosed. The method includes: sending a DHCP Discovery message via an access network; obtaining the identification information of the DHCP client and performing an authenticating to the DHCP client based on the identification information; and only assigning the address to the DHCP client has passed the authentication. Therefore, in the present invention, access authentication may be performed on a subscriber according to location information, and IP address is only assigned to the valid subscriber and terminal. Therefore, the security of the address assignment in DHCP mode may be enhanced greatly. Moreover, in the present invention, addresses may be managed by an AAA server unitedly, or the addresses may be assigned after being authenticated by the AAA server successfully.

摘要: A method and structure for switching data is provided. An output port scheduler obtains state information of VOQs and available state information of input port data channels and output port buffers. The output port scheduler sends scheduling request information to a FIC of an input port whose input port data channel is ready in input ports corresponding to non-empty VOQs pointing to an output port. After receiving the scheduling request information sent by the output port schedulers, the FIC of the selected input port selects to respond to a scheduling request of one output port scheduler, and sends the VOQ pointing to the output port in the selected input port to the output port buffer. The output port scheduler schedules the VOQ received by the output port buffer out of a switch chip. Buffer resources are saved and the switching performance is improved.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a system for implementing multicast using a slave block in DSL access technique. Several slave blocks are cascaded with a master block accessed to the DSL. The master block and slave block are respectively connected with DSL users via RTUs, and access an uplink via a network interface of the master block. The slave block is configured to support the IGMP proxy or the IGMP snooping so as to implement multicast function independently. This invention overcomes the shortcomings including the heavy burden on the master block, low efficiency and serious waste in bandwidth resulting from the fact that the operation of the slave block multicast member is implemented in the master block, thus increasing the efficiency of multicast and saving bandwidth of the master block.

摘要: The present invention provides a VLAN-based data packet transmission method and an Ethernet bridge device. The method includes: learning a member port corresponding to a VLAN according to a data packet received by an Ethernet bridge device, and storing a correspondence between a VLAN and the learnt member port; and forwarding the data packet by the Ethernet bridge device according to the correspondence between each VLAN and its member port that is stored. In the invention, the storage space of MAC address table of the Ethernet bridge device only needs to meet the requirement on the MAC address of its local user, thus the requirement of the access convergence network on the storage space of the MAC address table of the Ethernet bridge device may be lowered. According to the invention, the correspondence between the VLAN and the member port stored in the Ethernet bridge device is only related to the number of VLANs in the network, regardless of the number of users accessing the network, so that more users can access the access convergence network, which is advantageous for expanding the network. Therefore, the networking cost of the access convergence network can be lowered.
