摘要： A swing hinge device of a portable terminal that can move in a straight line or a curved direction when a folder rotates is provided. The portable terminal includes a body housing, a display unit, a folder rotating about first and second hinge axes on the body housing, and a connection member rotatively connecting the folder with the body housing. The swing hinge device includes a base member coupled to the connection member; a rotation member coupled to the folder; first and second guide pins; a first guide member coupled to the first guide pin, for guiding the straight movement of the first guide pin when the rotation member rotates about the second hinge axis; and a second guide member, coupled to the second guide pin, for guiding the curved movement of the second guide pin when the rotation member rotates about the second hinge axis.

摘要： A swing hinge device of a portable terminal that can move in a straight line or a curved direction when a folder rotates is provided. The portable terminal includes a body housing, a display unit, a folder rotating about first and second hinge axes on the body housing, and a connection member rotatively connecting the folder with the body housing. The swing hinge device includes a base member coupled to the connection member; a rotation member coupled to the folder; first and second guide pins; a first guide member coupled to the first guide pin, for guiding the straight movement of the first guide pin when the rotation member rotates about the second hinge axis; and a second guide member, coupled to the second guide pin, for guiding the curved movement of the second guide pin when the rotation member rotates about the second hinge axis.

摘要： Provided is a cradling apparatus for a portable communication device to allow the portable communication device to slide and be inclinedly cradled through pressurization. To this end, a cradling apparatus for a portable communication device includes a first housing, a second housing, and link portions provided between the first housing and the second housing to slide and inclinedly cradle the second housing. The apparatus further includes guide portions coupled to both sides of the first housing, guide members slidably coupled with the guide portions, hinge portions protruding from the guide members, the hinge portions being rotatably coupled with the second housing, and pressurizing portions provided on one ends of the hinge portions to pressurize the hinge portions and the guide members.

摘要： A portable terminal including a pair of housings and a hinge apparatus for coupling the housings in such a way that the housings pivot with respect to each other is provided. The hinge apparatus includes a hinge bracket fixed to a first housing of the pair of housings, a pivot member connected to a second housing of the pair of housings and pivotably coupled to the hinge bracket to pivot with respect to a hinge axis, a cam surface provided on the pivot member around the hinge axis, the cam surface comprising at least a pair of recess portions, and a cam member received to protrude and retreat in perpendicular to the hinge axis on the hinge bracket. When the pivot member pivots, the cam member slides and contacts the cam surface and is engaged with one of the recess portions on the cam surface.
