摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE), served by a cell of a base station, may identify a time division duplexing (TDD) configuration for a first cell, wherein the TDD configuration includes a symbol pattern for a slot. The base station may determine an overlap between a downlink symbol or a flexible symbol and an uplink symbol during symbols of the slot based on a TDD configuration. A first UE may receive a configuration for transmitting a cross-link interference (CLI) sounding reference signal (SRS) to a second UE according to the configuration. The second UE may measure the CLI SRS and report the measurement.

摘要： Wireless communications systems may support flexible waveform configuration for autonomous uplink transmissions. A base station may transmit broadcast signaling (e g , a system information block (SIB)) indicating waveform configuration information for an autonomous uplink transmission by a user equipment (UE). In some cases, the broadcast signaling may include a waveform configuration field (WCF) that may indicate whether flexible waveforms for autonomous uplink are supported, may configure a waveform type, may indicate waveform configuration mapping rules, etc. As such, a UE may identify whether flexible waveform configuration for autonomous uplink is supported, and may determine waveform types for autonomous uplink transmissions based on waveform type configuration information from a base station (e.g., which may include an indication of whether flexible waveform configuration is supported, an indication of waveform type/scenario mapping rules, etc.), one or more LUTs, identified autonomous uplink scenarios, autonomous uplink transmission parameters, or some combination thereof.

摘要： Aspects described herein relate to configuring and selecting preamble and payload occasions for performing two-step random access procedures. Configurations on preamble occasions, payload occasions, association pattern between the occasions and synchronization signal block (SSB) beams, and the rules for selecting preamble and payload occasions for random access message transmission can be determined by the network and signaled to user equipment (UE). Based on the configurations and rules, UE can measure the link level quality and select possible preamble and payload occasions for one or more SSB beams achieving a threshold signal quality. Sets of one or more preamble occasions and one or more payload occasions can be further determined based on whether the preamble and payload occasion(s) can achieve a threshold transmission latency. The one or more preamble occasions and one or more payload occasions can be used to transmit random access messages in the two-step random access procedure.

摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a resource configuration for a random access (RA) procedure. The resource configuration may identify multiple sets of transmission resources corresponding to multiple radio resource control (RRC) states. The UE may identify an RRC state and may determine a set of transmission resources and/or a transport format based on the indication of the resource configuration, the identified RRC state, and/or a UE identifier (UE ID). The UE may transmit a first RA procedure message (e.g., a msgA) using the determined transmission resources and/or transport format. The base station may receive the message and may identify the RRC state of the UE based on the first message and transmitted indication of the resource configuration. The base station may transmit a second RA procedure message (e.g., a msgB), which the UE may receive.

摘要： Various aspects are described for schemes that address the potential puncturing of important reference signals (RSs) for enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) applications, such as demodulation reference signal (DMRS), channel state information reference signal (CSIRS), tracking reference signal, and general reference signal. The schemes can be used for recovery of eMBB's RS puncturing from dynamic multiplexing of ultra-reliable-low-latency communications (URLLC) and eMBB. The schemes include a block-based scheme and an over-provisioning scheme. The schemes modify an existing RS pattern before puncturing occurs in response to a presence of the URLLC traffic. In addition, there can be an option not to use (e.g., disable) time-domain orthogonal cover code (TD-OCC) for the RSs.

In some aspects, if a device's first transmission including punctured encoded data fails, the device's second transmission (e.g., in response to a NAK) may involve transmitting the punctured bits. In some aspects, the coding rate used for encoding the data for the first transmission is selected to meet an error rate (e.g., a block error rate) for the second transmission. The second transmission may also include at least some of the encoded data. In some aspects, the puncturing may be performed according to a puncture pattern that is generated based on bit error probabilities of bit positions for encoded data.
