    摘要: A lubricating device of a reciprocating compressor includes a pumping unit for pumping lubrication oil contained in a lower portion of a case and a front frame having a supply hole which supplies the lubrication oil pumped from the pumping unit to a sliding part within the case and a discharge hole which discharges the lubrication oil upon completion of a lubrication operation. A lubrication oil storage is arranged at a front of the discharge hole for storing the lubrication oil discharged to the discharge hole for a predetermined time and then discharging the lubrication oil. A lubrication oil guide is provided for guiding the lubrication oil discharged from the discharge hole to a lower portion of the case in order to prevent the lubrication oil discharged through the discharge hole from flowing to an air hole formed at a front frame. In the device, lubrication oil is discharged after foam generated by mixture between lubrication oil and a working fluid is burst in the lubrication oil, thereby reducing noise generated when the foam is burst.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an apparatus for preventing abrasion in a reciprocal compressor, including a cylinder, a reciprocal motor having a stator and a mover, and generating a linear reciprocation driving force, a piston inserted into an inside space of the cylinder to be linearly movable, a piston rod coupled to the piston to be movable in the radial direction of the piston, and coupled to the mover of the reciprocal motor, for transmitting the linear reciprocation driving force of the reciprocal motor to the piston, and a concentricity control means coupled to a junction between the piston and the piston rod, for fixing the piston and the piston rod in the axial direction, and allowing a relative motion thereof in the radial direction. The apparatus for preventing abrasion in the reciprocal compressor prevents abrasion from being generated between the cylinder and the piston due to processing errors and assembly errors of components of the reciprocal compressor.

    摘要: A linear compressor comprises: a fixed member including a cylinder for providing a refrigerant compression space; a movable member, which includes a piston for compressing refrigerant inside the cylinder and a supporter composed of a center portion being aligned with a center of the piston and a support portion extended radially of the piston and which makes a linear reciprocating movement about the fixed member; a plurality of mainsprings supported on the support portion of the supporter, for elastically supporting the piston in an axial direction; and a mass member, which includes a center portion to couple with the center portion of the supporter and a plurality of ends extended from the center portion to maintain an air-gap towards the support portion of the supporter and towards the mainsprings. The linear compressor of the present invention can accommodate a maximum mass member in a defined space of a linearly reciprocating movable member, so material loss is prevented and more installation space can be secured.

    摘要: An apparatus for preventing abrasion in a reciprocal compressor, including a cylinder, a reciprocal motor having a stator and a mover, and generating a linear reciprocation driving force, a piston inserted into an inside space of the cylinder to be linearly movable, a piston rod coupled to the piston to be movable in the radial direction of the piston, and coupled to the mover of the reciprocal motor, for transmitting the linear reciprocation driving force of the reciprocal motor to the piston, and a concentricity control means coupled to a junction between the piston and the piston rod, for fixing the piston and the piston rod in the axial direction, and allowing a relative motion thereof in the radial direction. The apparatus prevents abrasion from being generated between the cylinder and the piston due to processing errors and assembly errors of components of the reciprocal compressor.

The linear compressor includes a cylinder having a refrigerant compression space inside; a piston, linearly reciprocating inside the cylinder to compress a refrigerant; a frame having the cylinder affixed at one end and a mounting groove at a lower portion; an oil feed assembly positioned in the mounting groove to supply oil; an oil supply path in a linear shape, positioned at a lower portion inside the frame to communicate with the mounting groove and with a bottom of the cylinder and which supplies oil between the cylinder and the piston; and an oil recovery path in a linear shape positioned at an upper portion inside the frame to communicate with an upper side of the frame and with a top of the cylinder and which recovers the oil between the cylinder and the piston. The oil feed assembly is in kit form.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a linear compressor in which a piston is linearly reciprocated inside a cylinder, for sicking a refrigerant into a compression space between the piston and the cylinder, and compressing and discharging the refrigerant, and especially, a structure of discharging the refrigerant for the linear compressor which can reduce a pulsation of a high pressure discharged refrigerant, by making the refrigerant compressed in the compression space flow from a sub-discharge space with a relatively small volume to a sub-discharge space with a relatively large volume in a discharge chamber. As a result, the structure of discharging the refrigerant for the linear compressor can efficiently reduce noise and vibration.
