    摘要: A reciprocating compressor includes: a reciprocating motor, an outer stator and an inner stator provided with at least one step portion at both sides thereof, and an armature linearly moving therebetween; a compression unit having a cylinder and a piston inserted in the cylinder to receive a linear and reciprocal driving force of the reciprocating motor and compress a gas; a suction unit sucking a gas into the compression unit; a discharge unit discharging the gas compressed in the compression unit to outside the container; a resonance spring unit elastically supporting the piston and the armature; and a frame unit supporting the compression unit and the reciprocating motor. Because stable driving is achieved in its operation, generation of vibration and noise can be minimized, heightening reliability. In addition, the amount of gas discharge can be accurately controlled.

    摘要: A valve fastening structure of a reciprocating compressor is provided. The valve fastening structure of the reciprocating compressor includes a piston, which is combined with a moving magnet of a driving motor and is in a linear reciprocating motion inside a cylinder and in which a refrigerant channel is formed in the direction of the reciprocating motion, a suction valve arranged in the leading end of the piston, the suction valve for opening and shutting the refrigerant channel of the piston, and magnets inserted into and fixed to the leading end of the piston, the magnets for fixing the suction valve by magnetic force. It is possible to minimize dead volume in the cylinder and to easily control the stroke of the piston by establishing the suction valve as the cardinal point during the controlling of the stroke of the piston. Accordingly, the efficiency of the compressor is improved. Also, it is possible to improve the reliability of the compressor by preventing the suction valve from being deteriorated when the suction valve is used for a long time or preventing the suction valve from being damaged by excessive suction pressure.

With this construction, the lamination sheets making the core part is prevented from vibrating and the collision between the lamination sheets and the terminal is prevented, so that when the motor operates, its noise is reduced and reliability of the operation of the motor is heightened.

    摘要: A reciprocating compressor including: a closed container (10); a reciprocating motor (20) having stators and an armature (22) disposed in the air gap between the stators (21) and making a reciprocal movement; a compression unit (30) having a piston (31) combined with the armature (22) of the reciprocating motor and a cylinder fixed inside the closed container (10); a spring unit (50) elastically supporting the armature (22) of the reciprocating motor (20) in a movement direction; and a frame unit (100) supporting the reciprocating motor (20) and the compression unit (30) having a gas hole (111) at a suitable portion thereof. Accordingly, when the armature (22) of the reciprocating motor (20) makes a reciprocal movement, the gas is compressed at the end of the armature (22), so that an increase of a flow resistance is prevented. In addition, in occurrence of an over-stroke of the armature, as the step portion (112) makes a space to prevent the magnet from releasing or damaging, the reliability of the compressor is improved.

    摘要: A lubricating device of a reciprocating compressor includes a pumping unit for pumping lubrication oil contained in a lower portion of a case and a front frame having a supply hole which supplies the lubrication oil pumped from the pumping unit to a sliding part within the case and a discharge hole which discharges the lubrication oil upon completion of a lubrication operation. A lubrication oil storage is arranged at a front of the discharge hole for storing the lubrication oil discharged to the discharge hole for a predetermined time and then discharging the lubrication oil. A lubrication oil guide is provided for guiding the lubrication oil discharged from the discharge hole to a lower portion of the case in order to prevent the lubrication oil discharged through the discharge hole from flowing to an air hole formed at a front frame. In the device, lubrication oil is discharged after foam generated by mixture between lubrication oil and a working fluid is burst in the lubrication oil, thereby reducing noise generated when the foam is burst.
