    摘要: A transceiver has bidirectional internal interface lines which can be connected to a baseband circuit. The transceiver is switchable by the baseband circuit between a transmission mode and a reception mode. The internal interface lines are connected to at least one quadrature modulator which in the transmission mode is connected to the interface lines, and to a quadrature demodulator which in the reception mode is connected to the interface lines. In the alternative, the demodulator is set to high impedance in the transmission mode and the modulator is set to high impedance in the reception mode.

    摘要: A motor is controlled by a motor control signal so that it reaches a target state, which is derived from sensor data sensed by a sensor. The motor can be put into a rest state at the occurrence of an error in simple and efficient manner by means of a safety means generating an alternative motor control signal at the occurrence of the error. Thus, the underlying idea is, instead of redundantly embodying components, to consciously accept a failure and integrate a corresponding fall-back solution into the overall concept. The failure is detected, and the motor is switched off in a user-manageable manner by a targeted shutdown.

    摘要: A frequency synthesizer for a radio terminal with which a dual-band and/or dual-mode switchover is possible in a simple manner. The frequency synthesizer has a double phase-locked loop with a high-frequency portion and an intermediate-frequency portion, each with one divider and one counter in a feedback branch. There is at least one memory for holding a plurality of divider values for the counter in the intermediate-frequency portion. The counter in the high-frequency portion is coupled to the memory in such a way that when a new divider value is written into the counter of the high-frequency portion, an associated divider value from the memory is written into the counter of the intermediate-frequency portion. In this way, the frequency generated by the intermediate-frequency divider is adapted to the frequency generated in the high-frequency portion in such a way that the requisite operating frequencies of each active mobile radio system are set automatically. In the same way, the dual-mode switchover can be carried out by coupling a further memory with further divider values for the counter of the high-frequency portion.

    摘要: A reference stage is provided in order to compensate for manufacturing tolerances, for example relating to the threshold voltage of a transistor. This reference stage has a transistor which is a physical equivalent of the transistor to be trimmed in a radio-frequency amplifier stage. In particular, this reference transistor has the same electrical direct current characteristics as the amplifier transistor. A reference voltage can be tapped off across a resistor on the reference stage and can be supplied to a control amplifier which uses this reference voltage to set the operating point of the radio-frequency amplifier transistor such that manufacturing tolerances are compensated for. Such radio-frequency power amplifiers are used, for example, as transmit amplifiers in mobile radios.
