摘要： A tie for forming a plurality of objects into a bundle and for holding a pair of objects together comprising an elongate metallic strap, a metallic locking head disposed adjacent one end of the strap for receiving the other end of the strap and metallic roller means captively held within the head for lockingly engaging the strap. The head includes a strap entry face, a strap exit face and a strap-receiving aperture extending between the faces. The head further comprises a floor and a roof diverging in the direction of the exit face. The roller means is movable between a threading position in which it is disposed adjacent the exit face and a locking position wherein the roller means is closer the entry face. The tie further includes strap deflection means functioning along with the roller means to effect a bend in the threaded portion of the strap whereby the threaded strap is maintained in engagement with the roller means without regard to the orientation of the head.

摘要： Fastener device secures two separate structures together and may ground electrical current running through the structures. In one embodiment, fastener includes a plurality of projections for removing paint from an external surface of one structure. Depending on relative hardness measurements, the plurality of projections may also penetrate the structure. In another embodiment, fastener may be utilized to secure and ground rack/patch panel systems that house electrical equipment.

摘要： An enclosure formed from a first compartment and an identical second compartment to house an electrical connector. Each compartment has a main body that is defined by a first wall, a second wall and ends. The first wall of each compartment has an outer tab with at least one projection that extends inwards and an inner tab positioned adjacent to the outer tab. The second wall of each compartment has an aperture. When the compartments are mounted to each other to form the enclosure, the projection of the first wall of the first compartment is disposed in the aperture in the second wall of the second compartment and the projection of the first wall of the second compartment is disposed in the aperture in the second wall of the first compartment. The enclosure also includes a label and label cover that are disposed inside the enclosure to identify the connector.
