摘要: Upon making a request for start of position registration for IP-telephone-terminal of an incoming-call-side, IP-telephone-terminal of an outgoing-call-side notifies the IP-telephone-terminal of identification information of the own terminal. If the user makes a request for terminal of the outgoing call before establishment of an IP-communication-link, the IP-telephone-terminal notifies the IP-telephone-terminal of the termination request indicating the termination of the outgoing call, together with the identification information of the IP-telephone-terminal of the outgoing call side. When the IP-telephone-terminal of the incoming call side receives the notification of the termination request, the IP-telephone-terminal disconnects the IP-communication-link established with the radio base station and becomes in the standby status if there is a single outgoing call terminal, or maintains the IP-communication-link established with the radio base station if there are a plurality of outgoing call terminals and the IP-telephone-terminal does not accept the terminal request from all the outgoing call terminals.

摘要: An efficient retransmission control method, whereby a wasteful retransmission request and retransmission of a packet are not carried out when packet loss occurs. A receiving unit sends the received retransmission request information to a retransmission determining unit. When receiving the retransmission request information, the retransmission determining unit reads out refresh data time information, packet type information of the packet for which a retransmission request is issued, and the time information thereof from a packet information monitoring unit. The retransmission determining unit makes a determination as to whether or not to issue a retransmission request using the read-out refresh data time information, packet type information of the packet for which a retransmission request is issued, and the time information thereof.

摘要: An integrated network management and apparatus for managing devices connected to a network which have the same function. Control modules prepare local management tables by reading information regarding recordings made on respective recording media of the devices, and an integrated control module communicates with the control modules to prepare an integrated management table by reading the local management tables. The integrated management table enables the integrated control module to recognize a correlation between a recorded program and the control module, recording medium and recording position. The integrated control module also controls the control modules in the respective devices in an integrated manner using the integrated management table.
