    摘要: The present invention provides a method for forming a pressed component, a method for manufacturing a pressed component, and a die apparatus for forming a pressed component which can reduce the load necessary for forming to thereby decrease the size and the degree of complexity of equipment used for forming a pressed component. A pressed component (90) is formed by pressing a preform (90) having a tapered tubular portion (91) and a sloping portion (92) which is provided at an end of the tubular portion and curved in a circular arc. The pressing is performed by a forming die apparatus (100) including a holding body (110), a piercing punch (120), and a piercing die (130). In a state in which the tubular portion (91) of the preform (90) is held by an outer fixing and supporting portion (112) of the holding body (110) and an inner fixing and supporting portion (132) of the piercing die (130), the forming die apparatus (100) cuts off a portion of the sloping portion (92) using an outer cutting edge (122) of the piercing punch (120) and an inner cutting edge (135) of the piercing die (130) and then causes a pressing portion (121) of the piercing punch (120) to bend and press the remaining portion of the sloping portion (92) within a forming space (FS) to thereby form a corner portion (83).

    摘要: A die for forming a press-formed component includes a piercing die, a piercing punch, and a support. The piercing die includes a tubular first forming portion for forming a boss portion and a second forming portion having a cutting edge and an inwardly extending portion. The second forming portion is adapted to perform pressing of a preform while cutting a portion thereof. A cutting edge which cooperates with the cutting edge of the second forming portion is formed at a distal end of the piercing punch. When forming a press-formed component, a projection end portion of a preform formed from a blank by drawing is cut and removed by the two cutting edges, and a preform boss portion is then pressed and swaged by the inwardly extending portion.

    摘要: A pressed component is formed by pressing a preform having a tapered tubular portion and a sloping portion provided at an end of the tubular portion and curved in a circular arc. Pressing is performed by a forming die apparatus including a holding body, a piercing punch, and a piercing die. When the tubular portion of the preform is held by an outer fixing and supporting portion of the holding body and an inner fixing and supporting portion of the piercing die, the forming die apparatus cuts off a portion of the sloping portion using an outer cutting edge of the piercing punch and an inner cutting edge of the piercing die and then causes a pressing portion of the piercing punch to bend and press the remaining portion of the sloping portion within a forming space to form a corner portion.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for forming a pressed metal component, a method for manufacturing such a pressed component, and a die apparatus for forming such a pressed component which decrease the size and the degree of complexity of equipment used for forming a pressed metal component having a plate-shaped base portion and a tubular boss portion extending from the base portion and allow formation of the boss portion in a wide variety of shapes. A piercing die 110, a holding body 120, and a piercing punch 130 are used to form a pressed component 90. The piercing die 110 has a receiving portion 111, an outer shape-forming portion 112, and a die-side cutting edge 113. The piercing punch 130 has an inner shape-forming portion 131, a punch-side cutting edge 132, and a straight portion 133. In a process of forming the pressed component 90, the piercing punch 130 is pressed against a preform 90′ formed from a blank BL and having a preliminary boss portion 92′ so as to cause part of the preliminary boss portion 92′ to flow toward the outer shape-forming portion 112, and so as to then cut off another part of the preliminary boss portion 92′ to thereby form a boss portion 92.
