摘要： Disclosed is a corrugated paperboard box making machine which comprises a feeding control mode setting unit for setting a feeding control mode to one of a first feeding control mode for controlling a sheet feeding apparatus and a second feeding control mode for controlling the sheet feeding apparatus such that the sheet feeding operation is performed plural times during the period of time in which the printing rotor is rotated 360 degrees, and a control apparatus for controlling the sheet feeding apparatus according to the set feeding control mode. The control apparatus is operable to execute a sheet feeding stop control processing of, when the second feeding control mode is set, controlling the sheet feeding apparatus such that the sheet feeding operation is stopped at least once after execution of the sheet feeding control processing.

摘要： A corrugated paperboard box making machine comprises: a slotter device comprising a rotatable cylindrical-shaped upper slotter, and a slotter blade detachably attached onto an outer periphery of the upper slotter, wherein the slotter device performs slotting on a corrugated paperboard sheet; and an upper-level management device and/or a lower-level management device configured to control the slotter device. The management device is configured to set a limit value of the length of the slotter blade for satisfying a given condition determined from the perimeter of the upper slotter, dimensions of a corrugated paperboard box to be produced by the corrugated paperboard box making machine, and a production mode to be set to operate the slotter device in conformity to the box to be produced, and determine whether or not the length of a given slotter blade to be attached to the slotter device exceeds the limit value.

摘要： A corrugated paperboard sheet feeding apparatus comprises: a plurality of sheet feeding rollers; a grate formed with a plurality of opening portions for receiving the sheet feeding rollers and configured to switch between contact and non-contact states of the corrugated paperboard sheet with respect to the sheet feeding rollers; and a suction box configured to suck the corrugated paperboard sheet downwardly by gaps between the sheet feeding rollers and the opening portions, wherein each of the gaps is formed to be 10 mm or less, and wherein the apparatus further comprises a mat switch for detecting an entry of a person into an area in a sheet feeding section, and a control device for stopping movement of the sheet feeding rollers and/or the grate when the mat switch is turned on.

摘要： Disclosed is a corrugated paperboard box making machine which comprises a sheet feeding apparatus, a processing apparatus, a folder-gluer, a counter-ejector for stacking the box-structured corrugated paperboard sheets and separating them as a batch, a speed setting unit for setting a sheet feeding speed, and a control apparatus. The control apparatus is operable to execute a sheet feeding control processing of the sheet feeding apparatus such that a sheet feeding operation of feeding one corrugated paperboard sheet is successively repeated a number of times corresponding to the number of the given number of box-structured corrugated paperboard sheets in the batch, and a sheet feeding stop control processing of, when the sheet feeding speed is greater than an allowable speed, the sheet feeding apparatus such that the sheet feeding operation is stopped at least once after execution of the sheet feeding control processing.
