摘要: The present invention provides a softener concentrate and a softener emulsion comprising imidazoline-based surfactant, lanolin-based softener, phospholipids and surfactant blend. The present invention further provides a process for producing a softener emulsion and controlling the viscosity of a softener emulsion.
