摘要: There is provided a fiber body manufacturing method including an accumulating step of forming the web by accumulating a material containing fibers and starch or dextrin on the first transport belt by a dry method; a transport step of transporting the web by peeling off a first surface of the web from the first transport belt, and by bringing a second surface of the web, which is a surface opposite to the first surface peeled off from the first transport belt, into contact with the second transport belt; a water-applying step of applying the water to the web which is in contact with the first transport belt or the second transport belt; and a heating step of heating the web by bringing the heating section into contact with the web peeled off from the second transport belt, and forming a fiber body by binding the fibers with the starch or dextrin, in which the web peeled off from the second transport belt is directly supplied to the heating section.

摘要: To provide a method for manufacturing three-ply or four-ply tissue paper that reduces a sticky feeling of an outer surface while securing necessary softness. In manufacturing tissue paper including a stacked sheet in which three plies or four plies are stacked, each of the plies contains an aqueous moisturizer exhibiting hygroscopicity, and each of the plies has a difference in magnitude of an arithmetic mean height Sa according to ISO 25718 between both surfaces of each of the plies. A manufacturing method includes: applying the moisturizer to each of the plies such that the moisturizer is applied to an outer surface of each of the plies located on an outer side of the stacked sheet in a state where the outer surface has a small value of the arithmetic mean height Sa; folding the stacked sheet in which the moisturizer has been applied to each of the plies; and then storing the stacked sheet in the storage body in a folded state.

摘要: A method for producing dried multilayer paper is provided comprising dewatering a first aqueous fibrous suspension, thereby creating a first fibrous web; dewatering a second aqueous fibrous suspension, thereby creating a second fibrous web; spraying one or more of a first fibrous web and a second fibrous web with a spray solution or spray suspension, thereby producing at least one sprayed fibrous web; assembling the first fibrous web with the second fibrous web; dehydrating the resulting layer compound by pressing; then dehydrating by supplying heat, which creates the dried multilayer paper. The spray solution or spray suspension contains water and at least one water-soluble polymer P. The polymer P is obtained by polymerizing: 40 to 85 mol % of a monomer of Formula I
in which R1=H or C1-C6-Alkyl; and 15 to 60 mol % of one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers.-

摘要: A method to produce dried single-layer or multi-layer paper is disclosed. The method comprises, for a single-layer paper, preparing and spraying a partially dehydrated first fibrous web with a spray solution or suspension to give a sprayed partially dehydrated first fibrous web, and dehydrating the sprayed partially dehydrated first fibrous web by applying heat to form a dried single-layer paper; or, for a multi-layer paper, preparing and spraying a partially dehydrated layer compound with a spray solution or suspension to form a sprayed layer compound, and dehydrating the sprayed layer compound by applying heat to form a dried multi-layer paper. The spray solution or suspension comprises water and at least one water-soluble polymer P, which is obtained by polymerizing: (i) a monomer of formula H2CCHNHC(0)R1, where R1 is H or C1-C6- alkyl; and (ii) one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers different from monomer (i).

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a film comprising high amounts of microfibrillated cellulose (MFC), having haptic properties. According to the present invention, a wet web comprising MFC is formed, followed by addition of particles having an average diameter of at least 1 μm to the wet web, followed by dewatering and/or drying. The wet web may be formed for example by wet laid or cast forming methods. The particles may be added to the wet web for example by cast coating or spraying.
