Abstract: A human body stretching massage apparatus is disclosed. The human body stretching massage apparatus comprises: a mattress for human body stretching, including a plurality of expanding regions to be filled with a filler material such that the mattress expands; a filler material supply device connected to the expanding regions through a connection member so as to inject the filler material into the expanding regions; and a control device for controlling an operation of the filler material supply device, wherein the plurality of expanding regions are arranged in a lengthwise direction of the mattress, and the filler material supply device selectively supplies the filler material to the plurality of expanding regions.
