摘要: The present invention discloses a semiaromatic copolyamide resin and a polyamide molding composition consisting of the same, consisting of following repeat units: (A) 26-80 mol % of units derived from para-amino benzoic acid; (B) 4-70 mol % of units derived from 11-aminoundecanoic acid or undecanolactam, and 0-70 mol % of units derived from another amino acids having 6 to 36 carbon atoms or units consisting of a lactam having 6-36 carbon atoms; (C) 0-37 mol % of units derived from a diamine unit having 4 to 36 carbon atoms; and (D) 0-37 mol % of units derived from a diacid unit having 6 to 36 carbon atoms; wherein, (A)+(B)+(C)+(D)=100 mol %; and molar contents of the units derived from para-amino benzoic acid and those derived from 11-aminoundecanoic acid or undecanolactam are not equal to 50 mol % simultaneously.

摘要: The present invention discloses a semiaromatic polyamide resin, a preparation method thereof, and a polyamide molding composition consisting of the same, which consists of following components: (A) 20 to 95 wt % of a PA10T homopolymer derived from 1,10-decanediamine and terephthalic acid; and (B) 5 to 80 wt % of a PA6T homopolymer derived from 1,6-hexanediamine and terephthalic acid. Particularly, (A)+(B)=100 wt %.In the present invention, by adding a certain amount of the PA10T homopolymer into the PA6T homopolymer, a melting point of the PA6T homopolymer can be significantly decreased to be below a decomposition temperature thereof, and thereby a processability of the PA6T homopolymer is improved. The prepared semiaromatic polyamide resin has a decreased melting point, and may be processed normally. The polyamide molding composition consisting of the semiaromatic polyamide resin has a good processability, and has excellent surface properties.

摘要: A sulfone polymer composition and preparation method thereof, and thermoplastic molding composition therefrom, comprising: (A) at least one aromatic sulfone polymer; (B) one compound of 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone; wherein, based on the total weight of the sulfone polymer composition, 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone weight content is less than 600 ppm. In the preparation method, tetramethylene sulfone is used as a solvent, 4,4′-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone and 4,4′-Dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone or 4,4′-dihydroxy biphenyl are used as reactive monomers, while the mixed salt of sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate is used as salt-forming agent, the composition may be obtained by polymerization with solution polymerization techniques; wherein the molar ratio of the said potassium carbonate and sodium carbonate is 0.1: 100-5: 100. The sulfone polymer composition has a transmittance greater than 85%, a haze less than 4%, and a yellowness index less than 5, enjoying a significantly improved transparency and color levels.

摘要: The invention discloses an in situ polymerized flame retardant, derived from the following monomers: a diacid monomer A: where A1 is terephthalic acid, A2 is a phosphorus aromatic ring-containing reactive flame-retardant diacid monomer, A1+A2=100 mol %, A1=50 to 90 mol %, A2=10 to 50 mol %; and a diamine monomer B: one or more of diamine monomers containing 4 to 36 carbon atoms. In the present invention, a novel flame retardant is obtained by in situ polymerization of the phosphorus aromatic ring-containing reactive flame-retardant diacid monomers in semi-aromatic polyamide oligomers, which has advantages of no precipitation in the semi-aromatic polyamide and no influence on other properties of the semi-aromatic polyamide and has an excellent flame-retardant property.

摘要: The invention discloses a flame-retardant semi-aromatic polyamide derived from the following monomers: a diacid monomer A: where A1 is terephthalic acid or terephthalic acid and other diacid, terephthalic acid accounts for 50 to 100 mol % of A1, and A2 is [(6-oxido-6H-dibenzo-(c,e)(1,2)-oxaphosphorin-6-ketone)-methyl]-butanedioic acid, A1+A2=100 mol %, A1=90 to 99 mol %, A2=1 to 10 mol %; and diamine monomer B: one or more of diamine monomers containing 4 to 36 carbon atoms. In the present invention, by an in situ polymerization, a specific flame-retardant monomer [(6-oxido-6H-dibenzo-(c,e)(1,2)-oxaphosphorin-6-ketone)-methyl]-butanedioic acid is copolymerized in a semi-aromatic polyamide chain segment, excellent mechanical properties and low water absorption can be obtained.
