摘要: In a CAD data-based automatic operation device of a machining center equipped with a CNC device, the CNC device is provided in a storage unit with a learned model generated by learning beforehand machining conditions including a tool used and cutting conditions, a manufacturing process including a tool trajectory, and a machining program that caused the manufacturing process to be performed in correspondence with one another with respect to each feature subjected to various cutting operations. An automatic machining command generation unit provided in a control unit is provided with: a feature extraction function of extracting features from three-dimensional CAD design data of a machined product; an automatic manufacturing process setting function of automatically determining required machining conditions and automatically setting a manufacturing process including a tool trajectory, by applying each feature to the learned model; an all manufacturing process setting function of determining a procedure for manufacturing processes for all the features; and a machining command generation function of generating a machining command for causing a machine tool to perform all the manufacturing processes based on the learned model. The automatic manufacturing process setting function is further provided with a function of displaying a 3D model of the machined product generated based on the three-dimensional CAD design data in one or more possible different directions of mounting to a machining unit in a selectable and executable manner and the manufacturing processes are automatically set based on the determined mounting direction.

摘要: An object is to provide a machine tool operation system that enables inputs to an NC device of a machine tool by use of a tablet terminal from any location and an operation method using the system.
The machine tool operation system includes an NC device, a computer connected to the NC device, and a tablet terminal that is in wirelessly communication with the computer and enables inputs and outputs of signals for the NC device via the computer. The tablet terminal includes a display unit that make to display a menu screen on a display screen, an input unit that receives an input from a user, and an input processing unit that outputs an input signal transmitted to the computer based on the input. The computer includes a signal processing unit that outputs a command signal for a machine tool operation based on the input signal. A wireless communication unit to wirelessly send and receive signals between the tablet terminal and computer, and a transmission unit to transmit signals between the computer and NC device are provided.-

摘要: A machining center NC operation panel with a body temperature management function that makes a physical condition determination in accordance with body temperature measurement of an operator, can restrict the start of work at time of a determination that the physical condition is inappropriate, and also is capable of body temperature management of a worker and the like at all times, includes a visible region image camera and an infrared ray detection camera respectively with a visible light condensing lens, and an infrared ray condensing lens being mounted exposed on the front face of the operation panel. The machining center NC operation panel has a storage unit having an operator list created for each operator pre-registered as a machine tool user, a facial image file, and a body temperature management file storing body temperature databases of machine tool users and body temperature databases of body temperature management users. A control unit includes: a facial authentication processing unit that compares facial image data of an operator obtained from the visible region image camera with a facial image data group in the facial image file, searches for a relevant person, and identifies the operator; a work information processing unit that calls a work information allocated to the identified operator from the operator list, and, on the basis of the work information, causes a display section of the operation panel to display allowed work items of the operator such that the allowed work items can be selected and executed; and a body temperature acquisition processing unit that acquires a body temperature measurement value of the operator from face surface temperature data obtained by the infrared ray detection camera, causes the display section to display the body temperature measurement value, also assesses whether or not the operator has a fever on the basis of the body temperature measurement value, outputs a signal representing the result of the assessment to the work information processing unit, and simultaneously causes the display section to display an assessment screen. The work information processing unit has a function by which upon receiving a signal representing an assessment that the operator who is a machine tool user is in a fever condition from the body temperature acquisition processing unit in the work management mode, the display section is caused to lock an operation screen, and prohibit continuation of operation of the start of work.

摘要: A machining center NC operation panel is provided which can serve as a personal authentication system capable of simply and reliably identifying operators and implementing appropriate operational restrictions. The operation panel is provided with an imaging device mounted on its front or on a manual pulse generator for at-hand operation connected to the operation panel. In the operation panel: a storage unit stores an operator list allocated with work information prepared for each of the pre-registered operators, the work information including operations which the operators are respectively allowed to perform at a machine tool main body and restricted operations which the operators are not respectively allowed to perform, and a face image file holding a group of face image data on the operators registered in the operator list; and a control unit includes a face authentication processing unit which searches for and identifies an operator by checking operator face image data obtained from the imaging device against the group of face image data held in the face image file and a work information processing unit which obtains, from the operator list, work information associated with the identified operator and has, based on the obtained work information, a function of displaying work items the identified operator is allowed to perform in the display part.

摘要: An automatic tool exchange system which allows a tool management mode to be arbitrarily selectable between a fixed address scheme and a memory random scheme in operation of the same machining center. The control unit for controlling the respective drive units of the tool exchanger and the magazine includes a storage unit for storing tool information containing a registered correspondence relationship between the tools and corresponding addresses of the stowage parts of the magazine, a modifying unit for modifying the tool information, and a tool exchange instruction unit for sequentially designating the tool to be used in each of the machining steps in accordance with the machining program, and driving the magazine to move the stowage part at the address corresponding to the designated tool to a predetermined position based on the tool information so that the tool is located at the exchange position at a predetermined timing. The control unit is configured to manage the tool in a mode selectively switchable between a first tool management mode in a fixed address scheme for returning the tool after use to a corresponding address, and a second tool management mode in a memory random scheme so as to stow the tool after use at an unoccupied address where the tool for next use has been previously stowed, and allow the modifying unit to modify the correspondence relationship between the tool after use and the address, which has been contained in the tool information.

摘要: A plurality of pot support members each for detachably supporting the pot are connected, and an endless track is generated for guiding the pot support members driven by sprocket members. Each of the pot support members is supported with a pair of pins so that the pot support members are connected into a chain-like formation. 摘要: An automatic tool storing mechanism has a plurality of main magazine, transporting means, and a tool exchanging arm. Each main magazine holds a large number of pots with tools. The transporting means transports the pots with tools one by one between the main magazine and the waiting position close to the main spindle. The tool exchanging arm takes out an unused or preused pot with tool which is waiting at the waiting position and attaches it to the main spindle and also removes the used tool from the main spindle and places it in the pot.
