Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides an air handling unit with dehumidification and humidification functions and dehumidifying and cooling and humidifying and heating methods using the same which are capable of consistently performing dehumidification or humidification without cessation. The air handling unit with the dehumidification and humidification functions according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a first module which performs dehumidification or humidification, and a second module which performs dehumidification or humidification alternately with the first module.
