摘要： Disclosed herein is an acetylated lactide oligomer-based plasticizer and a method of preparing the same having improved thermal stability, enhanced plasticity and excellent compatibility with a resin, the method, including: (a) synthesizing a lactide oligomer through ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of an initiator and lactide; (b) putting acetic anhydride into the lactide oligomer and performing acetylation; and (c) removing acetic acid generated in step (b) and unreacted acetic anhydride.
