摘要: A shaft portion formed at a vertical wall of a sensor housing is formed in a circular column shape, and an abut portion is formed facing a support wall, below the shaft portion. A width dimension of the abut portion is the same as the diameter dimension of the shaft portion as seen in plan view, and the abut portion is formed so as to overlap entirely with the shaft portion as seen from the opposite side of the shaft portion to the abut portion. Foreign objects such as dirt or dust that fall onto the circular column shaped shaft portion therefore readily slide over the shaft portion and fall down from the shaft portion, and foreign objects such as dirt or dust do not stay on the abut portion.

摘要: A webbing take-up device includes a spool that takes up a webbing worn by an occupant, and that is rotated in a pull-out direction due to the webbing being pulled out, and a lock base that limits pull-out direction rotation of the spool in a vehicle emergency. The webbing take-up device further includes an energy absorbing wire that undergoes deformation so as to permit pull-out direction rotation of the spool at or above a force limiter load when the lock base has limited pull-out direction rotation of the spool, and a second force limiter mechanism that adjusts the pressing force of the energy absorbing wire according to a remaining take-up amount of the webbing on the spool.

摘要: A webbing take-up device in which, when a pretensioner mechanism is activated and turning of a pinion relative to a spool is allowed, a lock pawl is turned by the pinion and a trigger wire is sheared by the lock pawl. Thereafter, the pinion turns more relative to the lock pawl and shears a lock pin of the lock pawl. Hence, the lock pawl turns and activates an activation mechanism. Therefore, the activation mechanism may be activated without a torsion shaft of a force limiter mechanism allowing turning of a lock base in the take-up direction relative to the spool.

When the tube is pulled towards an opening side of the retaining spring mounting hole, the spring moves and the spring-side step portion makes press contact with, and is once again retained, by a different step of the mounting portion-side step portion.

摘要: The present invention provides a webbing take-up device that can effectively suppress tilt of a rotation body when an actuation member has been actuated. In a webbing take-up device, tilt restricting portions are provided at a V gear. The tilt restricting portions are provided at a radial direction inner side than a place of engagement between a W pawl and ratchet teeth of a sensor holder and project further toward a sensor holder side than an end surface at the sensor holder side, which end surface is at the outer side in the radial direction than the place of engagement. 摘要: In a placement face of which a general face is configured with a circular cone shape, restriction faces are formed. When a sensor ball rolls along an axial direction of rotating shafts, the sensor ball accordingly contacts one of the restriction faces or another of the restriction faces. From this state, in order for the sensor ball to roll further along the axial direction of the rotating shafts, the sensor ball has to rise up the one of the restriction faces or the other of the restriction faces that respectively have a larger angle of incline than the general face. By contrast, in order for the sensor ball to roll in directions orthogonal to the axial direction of the rotating shafts as seen in plan view, the sensor ball only has to roll over the general face.

摘要: In a webbing take-up device, a FL lock pawl is actuated by rotation of a spool in a pull-out direction relative to a lock base, coupling the spool and a lock ring of an energy absorption mechanism together by the FL lock pawl. A reduction in number of times the FL lock pawl is actuated is thereby enabled in comparison to a case in which the FL lock pawl always actuates on actuation of a lock mechanism. The occurrence of wear or the like of ratchet teeth of the FL lock pawl is suppressed as a result. Accordingly, improvement of margin for durability of the FL lock pawl that actuates the energy absorption mechanism is enabled.

摘要: In a webbing take-up device, a cut-out portion is formed in a close-off portion that closes off a pawl housing groove from a side opposite a spool body side. For this reason, the close-off portion is not formed in a position facing ratchet teeth which is at from a second ratchet tooth from a take-up direction side to the other side. Due to this, even if a head portion of a lock pawl, particularly a take-up direction side portion of the head portion, is displaced in such a way as to move away from the spool body, the head portion does not come into contact with the close-off portion or, even if the head portion comes into contact with the close-off portion, a force with which the head portion presses the close-off portion becomes smaller.

摘要: If a V-gear abruptly rotates in a pulled-out direction due to reaction generated by rotation in a take-up direction being stopped when rotating in a take-up direction, a restriction body restricts swinging of a W-pawl in operation direction, so that lock of pulling-out of a webbing from a spool is suppressed. An insertion portion of a frictional spring of the restriction body is caught by an abut portion and a catching portion of a support hole. At an opening-side portion of the support hole, an enlarged portion is formed such that a position other than a position of the catching portion at the opening-side portion is enlarged compared to that of the catching portion. Even if the minimum-diameter of the support hole is small, strength of a molding portion for the support hole in a mold for the V-gear can be improved and lifetime thereof can be longer.
