    摘要: Phospholipids in general, and lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) in particular, have been found to be effective agents to enhance the ripening and storage characteristics of fruit, whether applied pre- or post- harvest. LPE both enhances ethylene production in fruit and decreases respiration so as to maintain the fruit firmer for longer. Similar effects occur in leaves and other green plant tissue. Other lysophospholipids and phospholipids with ethanolamine appear to have similar effects.
