Another portion of the conformable ligature can be coupled to a tensioning tool. The tensioning tool can include a first portion and a second portion in threaded engagement with each other. Rotation of one portion relative to the other can cause tensioning of the conformable ligature through translation of a tensioning member.

摘要： A device for fixing a rod to an osseous structure. The device is configured to receive the rod with the main axis oriented in a first direction. The device includes a main body, a first fastening member directly connected to the main body and accessible from an outer surface of the main body for fastening the rod to the main body, and a second fastening member, also directly connected to the main body, offset with respect to the first fastening member in said first direction, and separately accessible from an outer surface of the main body for fastening to the main body. A flexible elongate member is provided to attach the main body to the osseous structure. The first and second fastening members are arranged so that the flexible elongate member can be fastened adjacent to the rod.

摘要： This disclosure provides a system for securing a bone to a rod, the system comprising a ligature, a body, and two fasteners. The ligature has two free ends and an intermediate portion therebetween, the intermediate portion being configured to engage a bone. A portion of a rod can be fastened to the body using one of the fasteners. The ligature can be fastened to the body using another one of the fasteners. The two fasteners are distinct from one another and are adapted to fasten two free end portions of the ligature to the body independently from fastening the portion of the rod to the body.
