摘要: The invention relates to a medical instrument having an elongated shaft, a movable tool at a distal end of the shaft, a handle with a movable grip part at a proximal end of the shaft, and a force transmission element which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the instrument and is operatively connected to the movable grip part and to the tool such that an actuation of the movable grip part is converted into a movement of the tool. The instrument has a spring assembly that is arranged on the handle and has at least one leg spring, which has at least one winding and two legs, and a pin, wherein the at least one winding extends about the pin. When the movable grip part is actuated, a force is applied to at least one of the legs of the leg spring, said force reducing the friction between the winding and the pin such that the leg spring can be rotated about the pin and the force transmission element and the tool can be moved. When a force is transmitted from the tool to the force transmission element in the longitudinal direction thereof, the leg spring cannot be rotated about the pin such that the force transmission element and the tool cannot be moved.

摘要: This application is directed to a medical instrument with a hollow shaft, an actuating unit at the proximal end and an instrument tip with an instrument at the distal end, the instrument actuated via an actuating element, the element being in connection with the actuating unit and the instrument tip being pivotable relative to the shaft via a joint mechanism; the joint mechanism having pivoting members with proximal-side drive via steering wires such that movement of the proximal-side drive causes movement of the distal-side pivoting members and pivoting of the instrument tip; and a trigger mechanism with which the steering wires can be brought into a relaxed state that releases the articulation of the instrument tip. In order for the medical instrument to be cleaned and ensure that the medical instrument is safely removed even if the proximal-side drive fails, the trigger mechanism is a purely mechanical trigger mechanism.

摘要: A retractor for endoscopic surgery, having a first shaft portion, in which an actuation device is movable, and a second shaft portion coupled pivotably thereon. A transmission arm is articulated on a distal end of the actuation device. A retraction structure is connected to a distal end of the second shaft portion, which retraction structure can be releasably coupled, with its other end, to the second shaft portion via a coupling device. The coupling device has a slide, which is guided in the second shaft portion. The transmission arm is articulated on the second shaft portion by way of a peg-and-slot connection and is operatively coupled to the slide in order to move the latter longitudinally, wherein the coupling device can be transferred to a release state by longitudinal movement of the slide. An operating method for the retractor is also disclosed.

摘要: A coupling device and coupling method for the self-securing mechanical connection of two parts of a holding system for medical instruments, including a bolt element insertable into a bushing; wherein the bushing has a main body and, connected fixedly to the latter, a cone sleeve which tapers conically at its free end, wherein a cage sleeve acted upon by a spring and guiding clamping bodies is inserted axially movably into the cone sleeve and can be moved between an uncoupled position, a release position and a locking position. The clamping bodies in the locking position can be latched into a coupling groove of the bolt element by means of the spring force. The inclined coupling groove flank, at the front in the insertion direction, of the bolt element encloses an angle α with the longitudinal axis of the bolt element, and the cone inner face of the cone sleeve encloses an angle β with the central sleeve axis. The coupling device is characterized in that, for self-securing connection, the angle α is greater than the angle β such that clamping bodies partially or completely latched into the coupling groove can be pressed into the locking position counter to the insertion direction by application of a tensile force to the bolt element.
