摘要: There is provided a steering control device for a vehicle of a new structure utilizing a ball screw mechanism for compacting the structure. The steering control device for a vehicle includes a first input shaft 1 connected to a handle, a second input shaft 2 connected to a motor 8, an output shaft 3 connected to a steering wheel, a first transmission 6 for rotating a nut 5 in accordance with the rotational motion of the first input shaft 1 so as to transmit the rotational motion of the first input shaft 1 to the rotational motion of the output shaft 3, and a second transmission 7 for moving the nut 5 linearly in the axial direction with respect to the output shaft 3 in accordance with the rotational motion of the second input shaft 2 so as to transmit the rotational motion of the second input shaft 2 to the rotational motion of the output shaft 3. The center line of the second input shaft and the center line of the output shaft are aligned on substantially the same straight line.

摘要: There is provided a steering control device for a vehicle of a new structure utilizing a ball screw mechanism for compacting the structure. The steering control device for a vehicle includes a first input shaft 1 connected to a handle, a second input shaft 2 connected to a motor 8, an output shaft 3 connected to a steering wheel, a first transmission 6 for rotating a nut 5 in accordance with the rotational motion of the first input shaft 1 so as to transmit the rotational motion of the first input shaft 1 to the rotational motion of the output shaft 3, and a second transmission 7 for moving the nut 5 linearly in the axial direction with respect to the output shaft 3 in accordance with the rotational motion of the second input shaft 2 so as to transmit the rotational motion of the second input shaft 2 to the rotational motion of the output shaft 3. The center line of the second input shaft and the center line of the output shaft are aligned on substantially the same straight line.

摘要: Provided is a linear synchronous motor in which, when a three-phase alternating current passes through a coil of a mover, thrust forces generated by the alternating currents of each phase are equalized, thereby making it possible to minimize variation in thrust force, the linear synchronous motor including: a stator magnet (4) in which N poles and S poles are alternately arranged linearly; and a mover (5) which is opposed to the stator magnet (4) at an interval therefrom, and which generates a shifting magnetic field along with passage of a three-phase alternating current, for applying a thrust force to the stator magnet (4), in which: the mover (5) includes a core member (50) in which teeth (52), the number of which is a whole-number multiple of a number of phases of the alternating currents, are arranged, and a coil (51) which is wound around the teeth (52) and through which the alternating current of any one of the phases passes; and of the plurality of teeth (52) provided to the core member (50), the teeth (52) corresponding to a u phase and a w phase of the alternating currents passing through the coil (51) wound around the teeth (52) at both ends of the core member (50) have distal ends protruding toward the stator magnet (4) further than distal ends of the residual teeth (52).

摘要: A track rail is formed in a channel-like configuration while having a guide passage for sliders. A table structure that moves within the guide passage includes: a pair of sliders that move forwards and backwards within the guide passage; and a connecting top board connecting those sliders to each other with a predetermined interval therebetween and provided with a mounting surface for a movable member. An armature constituting a linear motor is received between the pair of sliders, and field magnets constituting the linear motor are arranged in the track rail so as to face the guide passage. The armature and the field magnets, which constitute the linear motor, are completely integrated with the table structure and the track rail, which constitute a linear guide, and are entirely contained inside the linear guide.

摘要: Provided is a linear motor capable of reducing cogging.The linear motor has a field magnet part 5 having a plurality of permanent magnets 21 arranged to form N and S poles alternately; a core 14 having a plurality of salient poles 14a, 14b and 14c arranged facing the field magnet part 5; and a three-phase coil 16 wounded around the salient poles 14a, 14b and 14c of the core 14. At respective sides in the moving direction of an armature having the three-phase coil 16 and the core 14, auxiliary cores 18 of magnetic body are provided to sandwich the armature 10. The distance P1 between a center of each auxiliary core and a center of a center salient pole 14b is set to be substantially ¼×(2N+1)×a magnetic pole pitch between N-N poles of the field magnet part 5 (N: an integer equal to or greater than 1).

摘要: Provided is a linear motor actuator which generates a sufficient thrust force and a retaining force and is remarkably smaller than conventional linear motor actuators. The linear motor actuator includes a base member (1) provided with a bottom plate (10) and a pair of side walls (11) and formed in a channel shape; a track rail (2) laid on the bottom plate along a longitudinal direction of the base member; a slide table (3) moving along the track rail; stator magnets (40) arranged on an inner side surface of each of side walls of the base member; and a pair of coil members (41) mounted to the slide table and opposed to the stator magnets provided to each of the side walls of the base member, thereby constituting a linear motor (4).

摘要: A track rail is formed in a channel-like configuration while having a guide passage for sliders. A table structure that moves within the guide passage includes:a pair of sliders that move forwards and backwards within the guide passage; and a connecting top board connecting those sliders to each other with a predetermined interval therebetween and provided with a mounting surface for a movable member.
