    摘要: The present invention relates to a connecting element for electrical and mechanical connection of electronics modules. The connecting element includes a base part having a receptacle area that serves to hold an electronics module, wherein the receptacle area has first electrical contact points for the electrical connection of the connecting element to electrical contact points of the electronics module. The base part includes a first end region having a first recessed section on the top side and has a second end region having a second recessed section on the bottom side. Second electrical contact points for connecting to further connecting elements are disposed on the top side of the first recessed section and on the bottom side of the second recessed section. The recessed sections are designed such that the end regions of connecting elements that are located next to each other can be positioned opposite one another in such a way that the top sides of the connecting elements are located on a plane and the bottom sides of the connecting elements are located on another plane. The second electrical contact points are disposed in such a way that the connecting elements can be positioned at different angles (a) with respect to one another. The invention also relates to an electronic module arrangement having at least one connecting element and an electronics module disposed in the receptacle area of the connecting element.

    摘要: A power generating bearing assembly comprising a power generating subassembly integrated into a bearing. The power generating subassembly utilizes the relative motion between a bearing inner ring and a bearing outer ring of the bearing to generate electrical power. A sealing system is attached to one of the bearings. The power generating subassembly includes an electrical generator in operational engagement with a magnetically polarized material. The electrical generator is attached to the non-sealing carrying bearing. The magnetically polarized material is integrated into a supported member, which is a unitary section of the seal that extends axially from an end surface of the bearing rings. The relative motion between the rings engages the electrical generator and the magnetically polarized material causing a generator core of the electrical generator to create an electrical current.

    摘要: A quick change bearing holder apparatus for a rotating shaft including a shaft housing, a conical bearing holder and a bearing retainer element. The shaft housing has a conical socket. The conical bearing holder has an outer conical surface compatible with the conical socket of the shaft housing. The bearing retainer element mounts to the shaft housing to urge the bearing holder into the conical socket of the shaft housing. Lubrication feed lines and openings and drain lines and openings may be included in the shaft housing and conical bearing holder. Lubrication may further be facilitated using circumferential grooves in the shaft housing or the conical bearing holder. The outer conical surface of the conical bearing holder may have a taper angle that forms a self ejecting taper.

    摘要: A bearing assembly comprising a generator for harvesting electrical energy from rotational kinetic energy. The electromagnetic induction generator includes a magnetic rotor (including a plurality of magnets arranged with alternating polarities along a rotor periphery) and a stator having a coil. The generator is mounted to a first part of the assembly, which is rotatable about the bearing axis of rotation. The magnetic rotor is rotationally supported relative to the stator and is rotatable about an axis of rotation, which is different from the bearing axis of rotation. The assembly further comprises a target surface made of an electrically conductive material provided on a second part of the bearing assembly. During operation, relative rotation takes place between the first and second parts. The rotor is arranged whereby magnetic field lines from the plurality of magnets intersect the target surface during at least part of one revolution about the bearing axis.
