摘要： An image recording apparatus having a lens unit and a mirror unit. The lens unit and the mirror unit are movably supported by a frame of the apparatus. A cam plate is provided at the lens unit, and a lever is in abutment with the cam plate. When the lens unit is moved in a direction, the cam plate is also moved, so that the lever is pivotally moved. The lever is abutted on the mirror unit. The pivotal motion of the lever, the mirror unit is also moved in another direction. The cam plate has a plurality of cam surfaces each defining respective copying magnifications.

摘要： An image recording apparatus for recording an image corresponding to an original on a photosensitive recording medium by irradiating light onto the original and converging light from the original onto the photosensitive recording medium. The apparatus includes a lens unit vertically movably supported by the frame, a plurality of position setting holes arrayed in a vertical direction of the frame, position setting means provided on the lens unit and capable of being inserted into one of the position setting holes for fixing the lens unit to the frame, urging means provided on the lens unit for urging the position setting means toward the frame to project the position setting means, actuating means provided on the lens unit for actuating the position setting means so that the position setting means retracts and moves away from the frame against urging force of the urging means when electric current is supplied to the actuating means. The apparatus further includes control means for controlling the actuating means so that when an error is detected during movement of the lens unit, electric current to the actuating means is cut off to project the position setting means by the urging force of the urging means and to fix the lens unit to the frame.

摘要： In a pressure developing device, employed in an image recording unit, including a pair of pressure developing rollers for pressurizing a material on which a visible image is to be developed through elastic springs, provided are backup rollers arranged to be brought into contact with each of the pair of pressure developing rollers. Thus, a pressure force generated between the pair of pressure developing rollers are uniformly applied to the material along a direction which the pair of pressure developing rollers are extended. Further, a pressure force, i.e., a length of each of the elastic springs is arranged to be adjusted from the outside of the pressure developing device with a simple operation by means of a screw and so forth.
