摘要： A alkyloxazolylacetic acid derivative of the formula: ##STR1## wherein Ring A is phenyl or halogenophenyl, R.sup.1 is lower alkyl of one to 5 carbon atoms and R.sup.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl of one to 3 carbon atoms. The compound (I) is useful as a hypolipidemic agent.
