摘要: An improved catalyst system is disclosed for use in the polymerization or copolymerization of olefins. The catalyst comprises a transition metal compound, an organometal compound and a composite carrier. This carrier is constituted by a SO.sub.3 treated alumina and a magnesium and/or a calcium compound. The polymerization or copolymerization of olefins such as ethylene, propylene and 1-butene is effected under conditions similar to those for reactions by means of Ziegler catalysts, but the resulting polyolefins have a wider molecular weight distribution, viz, a larger flow parameter as required for extrusion or blow molding.

摘要: A process for the homopolymerization or copolymerization of olefins is disclosed, which is carried out in the presence of a catalyst system comprising the combination of at least one organometallic compound with a component resulting from the reaction of (a) a magnesium halide, (b) a compound represented by the formula, Al(OR).sub.n X.sub.3-n, where R is a hydrocarbon residual group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, X is a hydrogen atom, and n is 0.ltoreq.n.ltoreq.3, (c) a compound represented by the formula, Si(OR').sub.m X.sub.4-m, where R' is a hydrocarbon residual group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, X is a halogen atom, and m is 0.ltoreq.m.ltoreq.4, and (d) a titanium compound and/or a vanadium compound. 摘要: A process for the production of polyolefins is disclosed, which is carried out in the presence of catalysts prepared according to the invention. The catalysts comprise a carrier resulting from the reaction of anhydrous magnesium halide, silicon tetrachloride and an alcohol represented by the general formulaROHwhere R is an organic group of 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and a titanium and/or a vanadium compound supported on said carrier. Such catalysts are activated by an organoaluminum and/or an organozinc compound when in use.

摘要: A process for the production of polyolefins using an improved catalyst which exhibits enhanced activity in the polymerization or copolymerization of olefins such that the yields of the polymers or copolymers are increased with a minimum catalyst residue remaining. The catalyst is produced by reacting a magnesium dihalide anhydride with an aluminum alkoxy compound to produce a carrier on which a titanium compound and/or a vanadium compound is applied. The molar ratio of magnesium dihalide to aluminum compound ranges between 1:0.001 to 1:20, and most effectively is in the range of 1:0.05 to 1:5.

摘要: According to this invention, there is provided a process for preparing polyolefins wherein olefins are polymerized or copolymerized using as catalyst a solid component and an organometallic compound, characterized in that said solid component is a substance obtained by the copulverization of:(1) a reaction product resulting from a heat reaction of magnesium oxide and aluminum trichloride,(2) a titanium compound and/or a vanadium compound, and(3) if desired, an organic halide.

摘要: A process for the homopolymerization or copolymerization of olefins is disclosed. The process is carried out in the presence of a catalyst system comprising the combination of an organometallic compound with a component resulting from the mutual contact of (i) an inorganic magnesium compound of a spherical shape having an average particle size of from 1 to 100 microns; (ii) a compound represented by the formula AlX.sub.3.OR'R" (where X represents a halogen atom, and R' and R" represent a hydrocarbon residual group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; and (iii) a titanium compound represented by the formula Ti(OR).sub.4 (where R represents a hydrocarbon residual group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms). The resulting polymers are provided with a spherical particle shape.
