    摘要: A solution containing at least one of carbonate and bicarbonate of alkali metal, for example, a sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, as a solution to be electrolyzed is electrolyzed, and the obtained electrolytic water is used as an undiluted detergent. In the electrolysis process, a sodium hydrogen carbonate solution is supplied at least to an anode chamber of an electrolysis cell having a cathode chamber and an anode chamber separated by a diaphragm to carry out electrolysis, and the obtained cathode water or anode water is used as an undiluted detergent; or a sodium hydrogen carbonate solution is supplied to both of an anode chamber and a cathode chamber of the electrolysis cell to carry out electrolysis, and the obtained cathode water is used as an undiluted detergent; or a sodium hydrogen carbonate solution is supplied at least to an anode chamber of the electrolysis cell to carry out electrolysis, and the obtained cathode water or anode water is further added and dissolved sodium hydrogen carbonate and the obtained solution is used as an undiluted detergent; or a sodium hydrogen carbonate solution is supplied at least to an anode chamber of the electrolysis cell to carry out electrolysis, and the obtained cathode water and anode water is mixed after completion of the electrolysis and the obtained solution is used as an undiluted detergent.
