摘要: A linear/rotary actuator capable of carrying out both linear motion and rotary motion either individually or concurrently as desired while controlling both motions as desired. A rotary driving motor includes a hollow shaft. When the rotary driving motor rotates a third nut fitted on a spline section of the rotary driving motor, an output shaft rotatably fitted on a linear shaft through bearings is rotated. The linear shaft 21 is provided thereon with a threaded section. A spline section and a first nut is threadedly fitted on the threaded section and a second nut kept stationary is fitted on the spline section. The first nut is rotated while being fixed in a hollow shaft of a linear driving motor. Rotation of the linear driving motor leads to rotation of the first nut, resulting in the linear shaft 21 being linearly moved in an axial direction thereof, so that the output shaft may be linearly moved.

摘要: A linear/rotary actuator capable of carrying out linear motion at a high speed. A linear motor is used as a linear driving motor. The linear motor has a linear shaft connected to an output shaft of a rotary driving motor through an intermediate bearing structure. The output shaft of the rotary driving motor is provided with a forward spline section. A nut fitted on the forward spline section is fixed in a revolving shaft supported on a forward bearing structure. The output shaft is formed on a rearward portion thereof with a rearward spline section. The portion of the output shaft on which the rearward spline section is formed is slidably and rotatably supported.

摘要: A linear actuator that does not require a high assembly precision is provided. A linear actuator includes a motor portion including a rotary shaft, a rotor, and a stator, a first bearing portion that supports a first end of the rotary shaft, a locknut threadably engaged on the first end of the rotary shaft, and a ball screw mechanism including a ball screw nut screwed to the locknut and a ball screw threadably engaged with the ball screw nut. Gaps formed between an outer peripheral portion of the rotary shaft and an inner peripheral portion of the locknut, except a male thread portion formed on the rotary shaft and a female thread portion formed on the locknut threadably engaged with each other, are defined to have respective predetermined sizes.

摘要: A permanent magnet rotary motor is provided in which cogging torque can be reduced and an increase in copper loss can also be prevented. A first divided core unit 13 is combined with a second divided core unit 15, thereby constituting a stator core 9. The first divided core unit 13 constitutes a yoke portion 17. The second divided core unit 15 includes pole pieces 25, magnetic pole surface constituent portions 27, and first and second type connecting portions 29A and 29B each mutually couple two adjacent magnetic pole surface constituent portions 27, all of which are formed integral with one another. The thickness of the first type connecting portions 29A in a radial direction of the stator core 9 is set to be smaller than the thickness of the second type connecting portions 29B in the radial direction of the stator core 9.

摘要: A cylinder-type linear synchronous motor including a stator of which assembling is facilitated. A movable element is constructed by fitting annular permanent magnets on a magnet mount 29 fixed on a direct-acting shaft so that N and S poles are alternately arranged in an axial direction thereof. A plurality of stator core units 35 fixed in a frame so as to be spaced from each other at equal intervals in a peripheral direction of the movable element. The stator core units each constituted by combining a plurality of stator core divisions with each other. Exciting windings each are constituted of an annular winding formed by annularly winding a conductive wire so as to surround the movable element in the peripheral direction thereof. The annular windings each are fitted at a part thereof in a slot formed between each axially adjacent two of magnetic pole sections of the stator core units.
