摘要： The sensor cord of the present disclosure includes a first linear member, a second linear member, a third linear member, and a deformable insulation layer containing the first to third linear members. On a cross-sectional surface of the sensor cord taken perpendicular to longitudinal directions of the sensor cord, the third linear member is situated between the first linear member and the second linear member and contacts the first linear member and the second linear member. In each of the first linear member, the second linear member, and the third linear member, at least an outermost peripheral part has electrical conductivity and has resistance greater than or equal to 250 Ω/m in the longitudinal directions. The third linear member is configured to deform at a portion where pressure is applied. Resistance at the portion where the pressure is applied varies depending on an amount of deformation.

摘要： A torque-index sensor having index sensor and torque sensor closely arranged and integrated therein with lightened interference between them is provided. The invented torque-index sensor is comprised of torque sensor that includes first magnetic sensor arranged beside first annular-shaped magnet and index sensor that includes second magnet arranged beside annular-shaped encoder and second magnetic sensor that are arranged being in-line on common axis; and means for varying magnetic flux, which changes direction of magnetic flux that is generated from second magnet toward first magnetic sensor, positioned between first magnetic sensor in torque sensor and second magnet in index sensor.

摘要： A torque and index detection apparatus includes a torque sensing section that senses torque exerted on a connecting shaft connecting a first and second shafts by a pair of magnetic sensing elements whose magnetic sensing directions are opposite, and a reference rotational position sensing section that senses a reference rotational position of the second shaft by the magnetic sensing elements. The reference rotational position sensing section includes a pair of magnets provided in the circumferential direction of the second shaft with like magnetic poles facing each other, a first magnetic part that is located between the magnets and the magnetic sensing elements, rotates integrally with the second shaft, and forms a magnetic path for magnetic flux of the magnets in the reference rotational position, and a second magnetic part that is provided between the magnetic sensing elements, and passes the magnetic flux from the first magnetic part uniformly to the magnetic sensing elements.

摘要： A surveillance camera system includes a surveillance camera having pan/tilt capability, a display for displaying images picked-up by the surveillance camera thereon, a pointing device for indicating the movement of the surveillance camera in a visual field direction, and a remote-controlled monitoring device including a control unit for displaying the images on the display and for displaying a pointer thereon indicating the coordinate position of the pointing device so as to overlap with the images, and when the pointer is moved from a first point to a second point on the images, the control unit transmits a predetermined control signal from the remote-controlled monitoring device to the surveillance camera, and by the control signal, the control unit moves the surveillance camera in the moving direction of the pointer at a speed proportional to the length between the first point and the second point.
