摘要： The present invention provides a novel heterylaniline azo dye as well as an ink-jet recording ink and an ink-jet recording method enabling the formation of an image having a good hue and high durability to light and ozone gas. The ink-jet recording ink contains a heterylaniline azo dye derivative having a novel structure. The ink-jet recording method is characterized in that an image is formed by using the ink described above on an image-receiving material comprising a support having thereon an ink-receiving layer containing white inorganic pigment particles.

摘要： In a jet printing ink composition, a dye dissolved in an oil phase. The oil phase is emulsified in an aqueous medium. The oil phase comprises an organic solvent having a boiling point of not lower than 150° C. The oil phase has a viscosity in the range of 20 to 8,000 mPa·s at 25° C. Droplets of the emulsified oil phase have a volumetric average diameter of not larger than 100 nm.
