摘要： A portable radiographic imaging device includes an operation unit, a controller, and an execution unit. The operation unit is operated when a target function is selected from plural different functions relating to radiographic image capturing. When a first condition, that expresses that a predetermined region has been placed at a predetermined placement portion, is established, the controller carries out control such that a function that should be effective when the first condition is established is selected. When a second condition, that expresses that the predetermined region is not placed at the placement portion, is established, the controller carries out control such that a function that should be effective when the second condition is established is selected. When the operation unit is operated, the execution unit executes a function that is controlled by the controller to be selected.

摘要： There is provided a digital cassette charging apparatus including: a charging unit loadable with plural types of digital cassette each comprising a rechargeable battery, the charging unit capable of charging the rechargeable batteries of the plural types of digital cassette at the same time; an identification unit for identifying each of the respective types of the plural digital cassettes that have been loaded in the charging unit; a storage unit stored with a charging profile for each of the digital cassettes, the charging profile representing the charging characteristics of the rechargeable battery; and a control unit for reading out from the storage unit the respective charging profile corresponding to the type of digital cassette identified by the identification unit from the plural types of digital cassette, and for controlling the charging unit based on the respective read-out charging profile.

A radiation source control device includes a first timing component, and a control component that, when a time of the first timing component has reached a pre-specified exposure start time, controls a radiation source, which emits radiation, and performs control to cause radiation to be irradiated for a predetermined duration from the radiation source. A radiation image capturing device includes a second timing component that measures time, which is synchronized with the first timing component, a sensor portion that generates charges in accordance with irradiation of radiation and that is irradiated with the radiation from the radiation source, and a generation component that, after a time of the second timing component has passed through the predetermined duration from the exposure start time, reads out the charges generated at the sensor portion and generates image data representing a radiation image.

摘要： A cassette accommodating device accommodates cassettes with various sizes. Each cassette houses a rechargeable battery and a radiation detection unit that generates a radiographic image according to an amount of received radiation and each cassette is provided with a power receiving unit for recharging the rechargeable battery on at least one of two connected side faces of each cassette. The device includes a groove portion formed with a sloping face that faces one of the two connected side faces of an accommodated cassette and a bottom face that faces another of the two connected side faces of the accommodated cassette. The bottom face is inclined such that the cassette moves toward the sloping face when the cassette is loaded. A power supply unit is formed to the sloping face and/or the bottom face so as to supply power to the power receiving unit when the cassette has been accommodated.

摘要： A radiation detecting apparatus includes a flexible radiation detector for detecting radiation that has passed through a subject and converting the detected radiation into radiation image information. The flexible radiation detector includes a flexible substrate, and a plurality of solid block bodies mounted in a two-dimensional array on the flexible radiation detector. The radiation detecting apparatus is capable of avoiding excessive deformations in the radiation detector, and prevents image distortions of the radiation image information. The radiation detecting apparatus also prevents disconnections in the radiation detector. There is also provided a radiation image capturing system incorporating such a radiation detecting apparatus.
