摘要:
Informational items are displayed in a scrollable area of a message display. The informational items may be any number of type of items (e.g., RSS feeds, new items, images, application tips, and so on). A user is provided the ability to scroll forward and backward through the informational items. A user may choose the informational item (e.g., by clicking) and more detailed information about the informational item is presented to the user. Depending on the display view of the message application (e.g., InBox, conversation), different informational item types will have different probabilities of display. A user may customize the types of informational items to be displayed.

There is a tonneau or covering device for covering an open storage portion of a vehicle. The tonneau includes a cover, a cord, and/or a plurality of couplers, such as but not limited to hooks. The cord is disposed circumferentially about the cover and coupled thereto through sheathes. There are double-hook couplers including a first hook removably coupleable to a cord and a second hook coupled to the first hook and removably coupleable to the vehicle. The second hook may include a U-shaped member. The first hook may include a tapering hook opening. The first hook may include a flexible hook opening.

A method for managing video news segments using a media asset management system includes collecting the video news segments, associating corresponding geospatial data with each video news segment, and creating a search thesaurus including search descriptors with cross-references therebetween. At least one respective search descriptor from the search thesaurus is associated with each video news segment. The method further includes storing each video news segment, its geospatial data and its at least one search descriptor on the media asset management system for later search and retrieval, such as by a news broadcasting organization. The search descriptors may be geospatial search descriptors that are cross-referenced in a hierarchical relationship.

A scalable cluster system that provides scalable services for client applications is provided with client affinity. The scalable services are transparent to the client application. To facilitate this transparent scalability, the system provides different types of client affinity to different services for the client applications. Services may have no client affinity, so that different packets sent during different connections could be sent to different nodes on the cluster. Services may have single service client affinity, which causes packets for a single service from different connections from the same source to be sent to the same node. Services may have multiple service client affinity, which causes packets for different services from different connections from the same source to be sent to the same node. Services may have wild card client affinity, which causes packets for different destination ports from different connections from the same source to be sent to the same node.

A drip tray (40) having an outer surface which comprises a transparent window pane (42) surrounded by a frame (44) is disclosed. The transparent window pane (42) lies over a compartment (60) adapted to retain display indicia (54), e.g. advertising material. An enclosed volume (50) lies under the frame (44) and is in fluid communication with the outer surface via drainage passageways (46). The compartment (60) is isolated from the outer surface and the enclosed volume so that liquid spilled on the outer surface does not contaminate the display indicia (54).

A computer-implemented method for processing documents in a multi-lingual document database includes generating an initial ranking of retrieved multi-lingual documents using an information retrieval system and based upon a user search query, and processing vocabulary words based upon occurrences thereof in at least some of the retrieved multi-lingual documents. Respective relevancies of the vocabulary words based on the occurrences thereof and the user search query are generated. A re-ranking of the retrieved multi-lingual documents is generated based on the relevancies of the vocabulary words.
