    摘要: A deviation of an optic axis of a laser projector is detected, and the deviation is corrected. Laser projector's CPU executes: commanding a laser beam source of one color, out of laser beam sources of three colors, to emit a laser beam; shutting off the laser when sensing that the laser beam is received in a light-receiving region; applying a laser of a color to be detected as to the presence or absence of a deviation of the axis until its reception in the light-receiving region is sensed; keeping time starting when light reception in the light-receiving region is sensed and ending when light reception in a light-receiving region adjacent thereto is sensed; calculating a relative time difference of each of the colors with respect to a reference color; and correcting a light emission timing of the laser beam source of each of the color, based on the calculated time.

    摘要: A projector producing an imaginary input plane with high operability is provided. A projector according to an embodiment projects a VUI screen picture onto a desk, and projects a main projection screen picture to a wall. The projector includes a light receiving element. The light receiving element is arranged in a position where light emitted toward the desk (VUI screen picture) and reflected (or scattered) by an object near the desk enters. The projector calculates a position of the object based on light sensing timing by the light receiving element and light scan positions at various points in time. The projector changes a projected screen picture when it determines that object is simultaneously in contact with a plurality of portions of the VUI screen picture and at least one of contact positions moves.

    摘要: Disclosed is a laser projector to display an image having a predetermined number of gradations by a combination of n division gradations, each being set with a maximum luminance, comprising: a storage section to store a luminance value of each of the gradations, and division signals being associated with each other, each of the division signals corresponding to an intensity of each of the division gradations, and the division gradations being combined with each other to represent the luminance value; a determination section to determine the division signal of each of the division gradations corresponding to the luminance value of each pixel which constitutes the image; and a signal output section to divide a display period of the each pixel into n intervals, and to sequentially output the division signal of each of the division gradations to a light source in a predetermined order, in each of the intervals.
