摘要： An electrostatic precipitator is provided with a ionizing unit and a collecting unit placed on the downstream side of the ionizing unit, and the ionizing unit has discharge electrodes each of which generates a corona discharge and a ground electrode plate connected to the earth, and in this structure, the ground electrode plate is provided with an insulating substrate, a resistor formed on the surface of the insulating substrate and a conductive section that is electrically connected to the resistor on the surface of the insulating substrate, and the discharge electrodes face the resistor of the ground electrode plate at a predetermined interval.
