摘要: A shaft member has the same polarity as discharge electrodes. Each of the discharge electrodes has an electrode body and a tip end which is formed at an end of the electrode body facing an inner peripheral surface of a counter electrode. The discharge electrodes extend such that the tip ends and the electrode bodies are misaligned with each other in an axial direction of the shaft body. A streamer discharge travels from the tip ends of the discharge electrodes toward the inner peripheral surface of the counter electrode.

摘要: A dust collection system, a dust collection method, and a dust collector, can enhance dust-collecting efficiency while reducing the volume of the dust collector as a whole. A dust collector is provided with a casing having an inlet into which gas is introduced; a discharge electrode to which voltage is applied, the discharge electrode being disposed inside the casing and having a spike called discharge spike and mounting frames for supporting the discharge spike; and a collecting electrode having a planar member, disposed inside the casing facing the discharge electrode, the mounting frames being inclined with relation to the gas flow at the inlet. Two mounting frames are connected to each other on the downstream side of the gas flow, and are arranged so that, between the two mounting frames, the upstream side of the gas flow is wider than the downstream side of the gas flow.

摘要: A wet-type electric dust collection device and low-concentration SO3 mist containing, in which the wet-type electric dust collection device has an electrical field formation part in which a plurality of discharge electrodes are provided on opposing surfaces of a first electrode and second electrodes for forming a DC electrical field. The discharge electrodes of the first electrode and the discharge electrodes of the second electrodes generate corona discharges that are reversed in polarity relative to each other. The gas containing the SO3 mist and the dust is guided to the electrical field formation part without electrically charging the SO3 mist and the dust or spraying a dielectric in the gas, and while the gas flows between the electrodes, the corona discharges impart electric charges of alternately reversed polarity to the SO3 mist and the dust. The first electrode and the second electrodes collect the charged SO3 mist and dust.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention involve the application of a disk-in-tube type of “wet” or “dry” ESP (electrostatic precipitation) technology for the capture/removal of airborne particles entering a gas turbine compressor. This provides an effective method of particulate removal without the inefficiencies associated with conventional filtering techniques. Embodiments of the innovative approach also eliminate the inlet airstream blocking effect of a conventional filter, thus making its use and operation adaptable to different operating environments and processes that require clean input air streams (including industrial manufacturing processes, power generators, combined turbine and fluid recapture systems for use in heating and cooling, etc.).

摘要: A filtering assembly for air and gaseous fluids in general is provided comprising a duct, which can be crossed by a gaseous fluid carrying pollutants. The filtering assembly comprises: at least one filtering station to remove toxic gases and solid particle pollutants of dimensions preferably greater than 50 μm; at least one conductive grille, having at least one hole which faces and is proximate to at least one conductive filament being kept at a negative electric potential for the emission of electrons, which can be paired with pollutants of the solid particles and micro-organisms type of dimensions preferably between 10 nm and 50 μm, at least one accumulation plate downstream of the grille, maintained at a positive electrical potential for the stable collection of pollutants paired with the electrons at least one emission source of ions, for the restoration of electric charge of the gaseous fluid, flowing over the source.
