    摘要: In a computerized system and method for scheduling medical procedures implemented by a number of medical apparatuses in a clinic or hospital, an exam or therapy is scheduled using a particular medical apparatus with a set time duration, and the exam or therapy is conducted and the actual time duration occupied by the medical apparatus to conduct the exam or therapy is recorded. The time durations for each medical procedure conducted by each medical apparatus are entered into and stored in a statistical data base. A scheduling computer has access to this statistical data base, and the next exam or therapy for the same apparatus is then scheduled using a time duration that is statistically updated based on the statistical compilation in the data base.

    摘要: A printing apparatus includes heat treatment element, a rotatable feeder roll chargeable to a predetermined first potential, a support roll chargeable to a predetermined second potential, and a matrix in the form of a flexible printing circuit. The matrix has supply apertures, each supply aperture having a first inner diameter and being surrounded by an electrically conducting control ring configured to be charged to a predetermined third potential and having a second inner diameter. The third potential is selected to control corresponding supply apertures between an open state and a closed state. The matrix has an upper surface which is covered with a protective layer having through holes, each through hole having a second diameter which is at least equal to the inner diameter of the control rings. The protective layer includes a non-magnetic metal. The matrix and the control rings are covered, at upper surfaces and bore edges, with an electrically insulating layer. The feeder roll, the support roll and the matrix are configured to transfer a dry powder from the feeder roll through the supply apertures of the matrix to an object to be printed which is conveyed over the support roll. The powder deposited on the object is fixed by the heat treatment element.

    摘要: Print head for electrostatic printing of documents in accordance with the so called aperture technique (DFC=Digital Control Filter) comprising means (14, 16, 17) for charging toner particles (2) with a certain polarity, a toner depositing matrix (3), which is provided with a number of toner depositing apertures (6), through which toner particles (2) are able to pass, means (5, 8) for controlling the deposit of toner particles to certain predetermined deposit positions, and means for feeding a document (7) to be printed below the toner deposit matrix (3). The means for charging the toner particles (2) with a certain polarity comprise two co-operating brushes, viz. a feeding brush (14) and a flipping brush (16) to bring the toner particles (2) to be charged by the fibers rubbing against the toner particles, and a flipper blade (17) is situated adjacent to the exit for the flipping brush (16), which blade flips toner particles (2) from the brush fibers (16a) so that there is created a cloud of charged toner particles (2), which are attracted against the aperture matrix (3, 4) and by electric attraction are controlled by an individual blocking field (4, 5, 10) for every aperture (6) in the aperture matrix (3), which blocking field is arranged to open and close, respectively, the toner deposit apertures (6) individually in an electric manner.
