摘要： An article dispenser discloses a vessel for storing at least one of the articles. Such dispenser has a sphere pivotally suspended from the vessel for rotation in only one direction about a singular first axis that is offset from a second axis and which second axis passes through the center of gravity of the sphere. The first axis lies in a plane that bisects the sphere into a pair of hemispheres where one of the hemispheres is heavier than the other hemisphere. The lesser heavy hemisphere has a cavity overlying and adjacent to the first axis and also adjacent to one of the pivotal suspension points. The article is conveyed from its stored location within the vessel into the cavity and from the cavity to a location external to the vessel by impelling the sphere. A variation of the disclosure includes a sphere that has an axis at which the sphere is pivotally rotated and which axis passes through the center of gravity of the sphere.

摘要： A novel improved pump pulling system for pulling a pump from a deep well casing and including all the pipe normally attached to the pump. Pulling of the pump is normally required for maintenance purposes or for replacement of the pump. Normally such pumps are electrical and therefore an attendant electrical cable is also pulled with the pump when it is necessary to remove the pump from the well casing. The present invention facilitates and simplifies such pump pulling operations by providing three significant features comprising: A novel pulling unit which is designed to attach to the interior surface of the threaded end of each pipe section as it is disconnected from the next; a holding plate which is designed to overly the casing and facilitate securing the sections of pipe while each top section is threadably disconnected from the remaining sections; and a wire reel which is designed to operate in synchronism with the hydraulic lift mechanism to automatically spool on the electrical cable as it is released from the pipe sections to which it is normally attached in a typical pump installation.

摘要： An article dispenser especially advantageous for dispensing pills of the prescription drug or over-the-counter type, comprises three components including a container member, a dispenser control member and a flexible member. The container member provides a dispenser portion through which the articles are passed in a serial array whereby one article reaches an exit aperture while the remaining articles are restrained at gate apertures within the dispenser portion by the flexible member and the control member. The dispenser components are preferably made of low-cost molded plastic and when assembled provide an easy access dispenser not requiring two hands for activation.

摘要： A gravity activated golf ball storage, dispensing and teeing apparatus comprises a cylinder for storing a plurality of golf balls, an articulated arm rotatable about a horizontal axis for delivering a golf ball onto a tee and an open wall tube which delivers the golf balls in an aligned serial array from the cylinder to the arm. The arm is weighted to be stabilized in a substantially vertical orientation until the golfer pulls the arm toward the tee and into a substantially horizontal position. An aperature, slightly smaller than a golf ball, in the open wall tube, prevents more than one ball from being dispensed onto the tee during each rotation of the arm. A preferred embodiment provides a golf ball storage container having spring-biased ball retention flaps to hold a predetermined number of balls until the container is attached to the cylinder and releases the balls.

摘要： An easy-to-open article dispenser preferably made of readily moldable plastic and comprising a container member having a chamber for containing a plurality of articles such as vitamin pills and having a dispenser portion, the article dispenser also comprising a dispenser control member adapted for slideable engagement with the dispenser portion whereby to selectively place a first dispenser aperture in communication with a port or second aperture for opening the dispenser. A plurality of embodiments are disclosed. Some embodiments provide for axial motion and some provide for rotational motion of the dispenser control member relative to the dispenser portion of the container member. A particularly timely improvement relates to a tamper-evident feature which makes it virtually impossible for anyone to tamper with the contents of the dispenser without such tampering being immediately discernible to the user. A rotational motion version of this tamper-resistant feature provides aligned arrows or other indicia when the dispenser control member is first placed onto the dispenser. Only if such indicia are not aligned at the time of purchase, is it possible for someone to have gained unauthorized access to the contents of the dispenser. Only after the indicia alignment is confirmed by the user, does the user place the dispenser in a normal open and close mode of operation.

摘要： An article dispenser of the type having a sphere enclosed vessel, the sphere having at least one cavity for transferring an article, such as a pill, from inside the vessel to outside the vessel, employs a novel improvement in the manner of suspending the sphere on the vessel. Specifically, a cradle bridging the opening of the vessel provides a track of arcuate shape and the sphere has an annular groove of appropriate depth to form a central shaft for rotatably engaging the track. The sphere is readily removable for refilling the vessel and for assembly. A plurality of diagonally oriented guards assure free rotation of the sphere with articles being transferred in the cavity.
