摘要： Polyvinyl chloride compositions and films formed therefrom are described which exhibit improved printability and resistance to weathering. The compositions generally comprise polyvinyl chloride, at least one plasticizer, at least one heat stabilizer, certain UV stabilizer(s), and print additives and/or other agents. In particular versions, the compositions utilize a combination of polyvinyl chloride resins. Also described are various vinyl-based laminates using the films which can be for example reflective products. Also described are methods of producing the noted laminates.

One example method includes receiving a spatial query on spatial data that has an associated spatial data index. The spatial query specifies a query window. A query window index structure is constructed that describes a geometry of the query window. The query window index structure is compared to the spatial data index and, when necessary, to the spatial data to determine a spatial relationship between the query window and the spatial data.

A mobility management entity generates a create bearer context request message and sends the message to a selected serving gateway. The create bearer context request message at least includes address information of at least one packet data network gateway and corresponding indication information of the protocol type of connection establishment. The serving gateway receives and analyzes the create bearer context request message, and determines the protocol type of the connection according to the indication information of the protocol type of connection establishment. The serving gateway processes the create bearer context request message with the determined protocol type of connection. A mobility management entity, a serving gateway, and a network system which are able to reduce time delay when connection is established are further provided.
