    摘要: According to the present invention, a reaction-type turbine includes: a housing including a housing passage between an inlet and an outlet; a turbine shaft rotatably coupled to the housing to transmit torque; and at least one nozzle assembly coupled to the turbine shaft and rotatably provided in the housing passage. The nozzle assembly includes circumferential injection holes therein for injecting a high-pressure fluid in a circumferential direction and generating torque. Accordingly, when turbines having different capacities are manufactured, common parts can be compatibly used and assembling efficiency is improved. In addition, the eccentric rotation of the turbine shaft is prevented to significantly improve the durability of the reaction-type turbine. Furthermore, since the injection holes are long, the reaction-type turbine can be miniaturized and the efficiency thereof is improved.

    摘要: A reaction-type turbine according to the present invention is configured in that a portion of a rotary shaft module which penetrates through a side with an inlet portion of a housing has a diameter larger than the diameters of other portions. Thus, the pressurized area in which a working fluid applies pressure to a rotary shaft in the direction opposite to the working fluid flow direction increases, thus increasing force in the direction opposite to the working fluid flow direction. As a result, axial direction force applied to the rotary shaft in the working fluid flow direction may be reduced. Therefore, the reaction-type turbine of the present invention has the advantages of eliminating the necessity of installing a separate thrust bearing for supporting axial force in the working fluid flow direction.

    摘要: A scroll compressor is disclosed. In the scroll compressor of this invention, the involute fixed and orbiting scroll wraps engage with each other to form a plurality of variable compression chambers between them. In the compressor, at least one of the involute fixed and orbiting scroll wraps is formed at a middle section thereof to be thicker than the other sections. Therefore, it is possible for the fixed and orbiting scroll wraps to engage with each other without forming a gap at the central portion of the compression part, thus minimizing a leakage of compressed gas refrigerant during a gas refrigerant compressing process of the scroll compressor. The scroll compressor of this invention is thus improved in its gas refrigerant compression efficiency, and is reduced in its operational noises.

    摘要: Disclosed is a scroll compressor enabling a significant height reduction to use a space of a system efficiently when the scroll compressor is applied to such systems as a refrigerator, an air conditioner, and the like. A compressor housing forms an exterior, a crankcase is fixed inside the compressor housing, a boss is formed at a central portion thereof to protrude downward, and a bearing hole is formed in a center thereof. A stator having a hollow shape is fixed to a lower side of the crankcase, and a rotor is provided to maintain a clearance between an outer circumferential surface of the stator and an inner circumferential surface thereof. A crankshaft is provided to pass through the bearing hole and is fixed to the rotor to revolve together with the rotor, wherein an eccentric pin is formed on an upper side thereof. A orbiting scroll is connected to the eccentric pin, and a fixed scroll fixed to an upper side of the crankcase to form a compression chamber together with the orbiting scroll.

The compressor includes an orbiting scroll possessing a wrap which has an involute curve-shaped configuration, an Oldham ring arranged on a lower surface of the orbiting scroll to prevent the orbiting scroll from being reversely rotated, and a fixed scroll having a wrap which has an involute curve-shaped configuration and is engaged with the wrap of the orbiting scroll such that compression chambers are defined between the wraps of the orbiting and fixed scrolls by rotating motion of the orbiting scroll. The wrap of the fixed scroll further extends within the range of 180° than the wrap of the orbiting scroll in a direction where an involute curve extends. A center of a base circle of the orbiting scroll wrap is positioned within a region which ranges circumferentially between 30° in a direction where the existing orbiting scroll wrap is wound up and 60° in a direction where the existing orbiting scroll wrap is extended, when measured from a straight line connecting a center of a base circle of the existing orbiting scroll wrap with an outer end of the existing orbiting scroll wrap, and radially between 0.1 times and 0.5 times a rotating radius of the orbiting scroll wrap.
