摘要： An oral pharmaceutical composition of the present invention comprising fenofibric acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and 0.22 to 1 part by weight of an alkalifying agent based on 1 part by weight of fenofibric acid has improved bioavailability and a minimized absorption deviation in the gastrointestinal tract, which is useful in treating hyperlipidemia and hypertriglyceridemia.
