Abstract: An adjustable flow splitter for a distribution system, the adjustable flow splitter comprises an inlet channel for receiving fluid at a first end, the inlet channel configured to allow flow from the first end to a second end. The adjustable flow splitter also comprises a first sub-channel and a second sub-channel located at the second end, and a diverter configured to deflect the flow of the fluid from the inlet channel to at least one of the first sub-channel and/or the second sub-channel, wherein the diverter is adjustable. The adjustable flow splitter also comprises means for maintaining the position of the diverter.

Abstract: A safety cap for a pressurised gas storage vessel is disclosed comprising a valve that is movable between: (i) a first position in which an entrance port and anti-recoil apertures are in fluid communication such that gas is able to flow out of the safety cap through the anti-recoil apertures; and (ii) a second position in which the gas is unable to exit the safety cap through the anti-recoil apertures and in which the entrance port is in fluid communication with an exit port such that gas is able to flow from the entrance port, through the exit port and out of the safety cap.

Abstract: A fire suppressant discharge device is disclosed for connection to a mounting frame 30 and/or to fire suppressant distribution pipework 26. The device comprises an electrical firing circuit 20 configured to cause fire suppressant to be discharged from a discharge valve if triggered, and at least one arming switch 24 in the firing circuit 20 that is movable between an open position and a closed position. The arming switch 24 is arranged on the device and configured so as to be automatically moved to the closed position by connection of the device to a mounting frame 30 and/or to fire suppressant distribution pipework 24 so as to arm the firing circuit 20.
